I have been buying flowers from Clear Lake Florists since 1980's. I moved to West Houston 10 years ago's but still used Clear Lake Florists. My daughter's birthday was soon and I called Clear Lake Florists but found out they had been sold to Breen's Florist. The Azala plants and the green plant added to it was beautiful! The lady that helped me on the phone was so gracious and explained so much to me. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue using Breen's. My daughter was delighted with the arrangement and it made a special day really Special! I loved getting the photo!

Not worth what was paid. Arrangement not as full as I expected

The arrangement was gorgeous, timely and well received by the recipient.

I do not feel that is a $200 arrangement. I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for designer because I requested premium flowers. This is unacceptable. I am Todd McClure's assistant and I placed the order.

I was expecting the flowers to be brighter with yellow and orange (like the picture) and not yellow and red. Also, the picture on the website has SIGNIFICANTLY more small roses. I do not feel like I'm getting what I paid for with the arrangement that is being delivered vs. what is shown on the website.

No, i do not like this plant selection/arrangement. This was not the plant ordered.

That doesn't look like what I ordered! I ordered a peace lily plant in a ceramic planter container with balloons! This “unknown” plant is in a basket container. The only thing right about this order is the balloons. I'm very disappointed! Please call me to discuss!

Was quite disappointed in the arrangement. It was not lush and full. The Hollands were disappointed when they received bouquet!

not what expected, looking for something full bigger.

Respectfully speaking, the floral arrangement does not appear to be very nice. The items in the picture appears a little wilted, thin and a bit underwhelming, especially in comparison to the photo online. Maybe the photo doesn't do the arrangement justice. My apologies for any inconvenience.

This is not a $85 dollar bouquet. Very cheap looking with a few cheap carnations vs roses.

I appreciate the time and effort that went into this bouquet. It's not what I would have selected as roses are not what I wanted for my sister for her birthday and the bouquet itself looks sparse, especially for the cost. I also selected a white vase. However, receiving a photo of the bouquet is wonderful. Thank you for this service.

Ok . It's not very large for 125.00

We clearly requested the flowers be delivered in the late afternoon or early evening, since we are not returning from a trip until 7pm. This was completely ignored, and the flowers were delivered in the morning (suffering a full day of Houston weather on my front door)! So essentially - my wife got wilted flowers for her birthday. NOT a happy customer.

Live in Germany and ordered these flowers for my mother's birthday. They were delivered on November 8 and by the 11th she said they had to be thrown out because they were wilted and dead. She said she didn't want to tell me but they looked old when she received them. I'm very disappointed. I'm thousands of miles away and just wanted my mom to have beautiful flowers for her birthday. I have not seen her in two years and wanted to cheer her up on her special day. Now I'm just embarrassed. This was my first and last order from you.
