Pretty. But seems like small arrangement for the price. Thought it would be slightly bigger. I know Things cost more now but it was apps 200 dls for this size.

After seeing this arrangement I was very disappointed. It looked dry in person the day of funeral. The picture I showed of what I wanted had more colors, but maybe it was miscommunication? The lady taking my order said, “ so you want something with masculine colors, something for fall?” I did say sure, so I guess this one's my fault. But again, I did have pictures and it dosent even compare. Also, the arrangements other family members received from another florist added to my disappointment. They had fresher, vibrant, bigger and paid what I paid for this one. This was 175.00 plus tax and delivery. Delivery was on time, so thankful for that.

I have to say, it looked a little better in person but compared to arrangements other family members ordered from another place , I was disappointed. I expected it to be fuller like the picture we showed and this was 400.00! The delivery was on time, so I'm thankful for that.

Like the photo and arrangement but the delivery charge was too much for driving one block. Also your prices are too high. Compton had a $50 minimum. A $65 minimum is u reasonable.

I called this florist in Houston because the business was family owned and had been in business for quite some time. Upon a recent passing of my brother who lived in Houston and I lived in Washington. I was looking for decent boutique of red, white and blue flowers since Gene was a Military POW and the flowers were for his funeral. In remembering the telephone conversation with a rep from Breen's, two weeks to figure out where to find the red roses that was supposed to spruce up this boutique, as promised. I see red carnations were used..hmmm. And I also see that the boutique is not quite balanced in presentation. I hope my sister-in-law's eyesight was not focused on October the 30th, for she was once a florist. I hope to not hear about her distress, at the sight of these poor unfortunate arrangement that happened to come together. Oh well, it's done now.

This looks like the least expensive version. The one I selected had more flowers in the picture I love getting this photo since I'm out of state but even though it's beautiful it's just a little scarce on the flowers

There is no color in this arrangement. I wanted some orange or other colors as pictured in your online photo. I understand it doesn't usually look exactly the same but it appears that this arrangement is only brown and white. Where is the color?

Not up to your usual best. Some of the white roses we either broken or near wilt; some of the yellow roses were past their prime. Overall a 6 or 7 out of a 10.

The arrangement is ok. Would have like a real discussion of how many roses and other flowers that would be used before making my final purchase. The arrangement is small and over priced.

Flowers were absolutely perfect! High delivery charge and extra for delivery by noon...$50 extra to deliver a mile away is ridiculous! Should be based on distance!

I thank you for getting the bouquet order off overnight to the recipient at such short notice, and the flowers look fresh, but that bouquet isn't nearly what I had requested. I had asked for “super bright flowers in a whole spectrum of colors (purples, oranges, pinks, blues, yellows, bright greens, etc.) & super-fragrant flowers including Casablanca lilies or Stargazer lilies if you had them,” so that recipient (in her last days on Earth) could enjoy the beautiful uplifting colors, or at least smell the gorgeous floral scents in the room if she was unable to see the bouquet. While there are some bright orange roses, yellow Mums, and some bright green foliage, it looks like a rather subdued fall/Thanksgiving bouquet, and no fragrant lilies. If there was limited stock on hand, I wish the person who took the order would have let me know that. For amount paid, and having explained the situation to staff member over the phone, I was hoping for arrangement closer to what I'd requested. Thank you for sending photo though. Recipient's family also sent photo…maybe it was of the back of the bouquet, but it looked even less colorful than the picture your company sent.

I had a wonderful experience at the store front with ordering the arrangement. I appreciate the photo being sent and delivery update. I was underwhelmed with how small the arrangement was for the price. I was also told that dark blue Bella Donna (instead of blue ribbon) would be used and it was much more purple than blue.

It wasn't what I expected. There was no picture provided for me to choose. Just masculine colors. Not sure these were appropriate for a funeral. Next time I will choose from a photo arrangement.

For the money, I believe that I could have done better myself (if I lived in Texas). The roses appear a bit 'tired' and I am afraid will not last as long as I would hope. The sample in your ad looks more perky and varied.
