I was expecting more flowers for $300. Also I prefer a shorter, solid vase where you don't see so much dirty water after the first day. I am disappointed. I gave a 3 only because the lady in the phone was so nice.

The flowers were beautiful but was very disappointed in cost of the product!! I had several people ask me where we got them and how much they were! When I told them$300 they were very shocked and said I paid too much!

If I order days in advance I expect the order delivered the first part of the day. Not afternoon/ evening.

Some Flowers don't look bloomed and others look like older blooms (wilted) was also expecting more white. Perhaps it's the picture but this doesn't look how I was expecting and appears hastily done

Intentionally sought out a local, family owned florist for this order. I'm not pleased w/ how this turned out, but ended up having to go with it based on the timing. The staff was very nice, but communication could have been much much better. My recommendation for any future customers would if you can't physically go in (which was the case for me), direct them to a specific picture on website &/or be very specific with this staff on exactly what flowers, colors, size, etc. that you want because trusting based on their presumed expertise and belief that it achieves your goal/intent was not the way to go.

The flowers are very pretty, but a lot smaller arrangement than what was expected for $119. Did like getting the photo, but was a little deceiving.

Beautiful flower arrangement but I expected more for $190.

Flowers did not look like picture.

I was hoping for more pink as to represent our Sorority club colors.

The flowers were beautiful but I was surprised at how small the arrangement was for the price. Much more expensive than other florists I have used.

What is this? Doesnt look like a fall bouquet. Dont you have sunfloweres or roses that arent ready to fall apart?

I'm not happy with the fact that the arrangement I ordered had dark purple flowers in the back and not all the same pink shade. Also, there were all white larger lilies in the picture, not star gazers

I would like to begin by saying that the lady that assisted me during pick up deserves 5 stars for her willingness to redo the corsage due to my dislike. Unfortunately the corsage fell apart and my daughter couldn't wear it to her event. It was beautiful though! P

Arrangement was not as expected. There were No flowers in the wreath.

I certainly appreciate the photo! Laura at Breen's was so helpful. The bouquet is attractive yet I did say so many times to Laura -- this is for a 7 year-old girl on her birthday and I wanted a youthful bouquet with a fall theme but include white! I said -- green, white and orange and whatever else is fine for $65.. It's pretty but I think even a little white would have given it lightness and a younger feel. That's why I asked for it.

We're very pretty when dropped off, but on Friday they had dropped quite a bit.

I was expecting my flowers and a larger vase/setting for $100.00 I'm a little disappointed.

This bouquet is lacking in size and pop.. it was an expensive order $200+. We always have gorgeous arrangements from Breen's, this one is on the smaller side for the price.

Thank you for getting this out. Given the price, since you're asking for feedback, it appears a bit paltry. I was expecting a more robust bouquet. That said, grateful you are able to deliver today. Pam
