The arrangement was nice, but I thought for almost $250 it would have been a bit fuller. I loved getting the picture, but again in person it seemed smaller. I wanted a special bouquet for my friend. It did not fare to other arrangements. Melissa Serra

For some reason, this one just didn't have the freshness I'm used to seeing. The fuchsia were already looking bad. Even a bit more greenery to fill in the gaps would have helped a little. I'll keep using you because I'm loyal and figure this was just a one-off time. We'll see how Mother's Day goes.

I live in a different state so I had to pick a florist solely on their website. Breen's had the most professional website that I was seeing in the Houston area. 5 stars. The ease of ordering I give 5 stars. The quickness of my flowers being ready and delivery I give 5 stars. They sent a picture once prepared but I was busy at work and didn't see it until late in the day. I like they sent the picture. However the arrangement looked very little to what I picked out. The website said they may not have all flowers available that is in the picture but the picture was springy bright and over half pink. I don't even see pink in this one. Just a few lilac and a dark purple/pink. I saw an arrangement from a different florist that my daughter in law received and it had a bunch of the flowers that was missing from mine. The flowers sent was not what I expected or ordered. Very disappointed ☹️ before I wrote this I showed pictures of both arrangements to several people and they all agreed with me.

I have not seen the flowers in person. Based on this photo, the flowers are fresh and beautiful. I must say, though, that this arrangement is quite small considering I paid $90 for it, not including tax and delivery. I understand these are tough economic times.

We sent a Christmas cactus to my Mother in law in Houston. Her name is Connie Taylor. It was $55 for the plant + $20 shipping. Unlike the photo on your website, this plant had NO flowers. I think paying close to $80 for a Christmas cactus warrants FLOWERS. We were very disappointed.

Disappointing, did not meet my expectations in spite of repeated phone conversations regarding my order. The first attempt was not what I ordered, I caught it before it was delivered; however, the "re-done" arrangement was not as described or requested. I had a recent, and different arrangement made with this florist and it was okay. This one missed the mark. Thanks.

I've been a very happy customer of Breen's for years but unfortunately this order fell short. They were delivered on time but some of the flowers were already wilted and mostly looked like the arrangement was thrown together with leftover flowers. Maybe because it was a same day order? Hopefully my next order will be back up to the standard I'm used to from Breen's Florist.

The flowers i ordered for my friend angela simmons were wilted! I was very disappointed! I dont know if having to wait the weekend made them wilt some but it wasnt my fault they had to wait to be delivered today instead of friday! I dont know if i will be ordering flowers like this again. This is the 1st time for me and i wont do it again .

CAROL WAS LOVELY AND HELPFUL, AND I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. TO BE HONEST, I WAS SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED IN THE ARRANGEMENT. BY THE TIME THE SERVICE STARTED, THE FLOWERS WERE SOMEWHAT 'SHRIVELED' LOOKING, AND WHITE WAS THE PREDOMINATE COLOR INSTEAD OF PURPLE/LAVENDAR. THE 'TABLE' ON WHICH THE FUNERAL HOME SET THE ARRANGEMENT REALLY 'COMPARED' SEVERAL OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WHICH WERE LARGER AND 'FRESHER' LOOKING. THANK YOU FOR DELIVERING THE ARRANGEMENT IN TIME FOR THE SERVICE.

The "shriveled" flowers are a stock variety, which has a crinkly bloom that is frequently misinterpreted as wilted. For $175 I would've thought it would be much larger. I just sent some thing from my florist in Los Angeles and I should send you a photo. It was twice as large and with Orchids, roses, hydrangeas, lilies, and no filler.
