I didn't like the clear vase.

Doesn't look like $100.00 arrangement

This gift basket is lacking in the presentation department.

I like getting the photo, thank you. I was expecting the bells of Ireland (I think that's the name). I know subs are made ). I think for the price , it wasn't what I expected though. I would have liked to have seen fuller arrangement with more color like the pic on your website.

The driver dropped the flowers off at the 3701 Holmes address we wanted them delivered to the address on the card 3770 South Loop East. In the accounting department just like the notes stated. The arrangement is beautiful just like what I ordered.

The flowers sent the first time we're terrible - pink was requested and it was an all white arrangement with two (2) pink flowers. The ones sent the second time should've been the ones that were sent initially

I thought there were tulips in the arrangement? That is what the florist said when she called for the order!

I must say I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement. Other Admins received flower arrangements in same price category with more flowers.

They were OK. There were a couple flowers that were dead when they arrived. Or almost dead. I was disappointed by that.

The arrangement speaks for itself. Just look at the photo. The flowers do not look very fresh and the plastic berries are ugly and in my opinion don't go well. There was absolutely no way I could let my son give these to his prom date. So why 3 stars? I absolutely love that y'all sent me a photo. That is a spectacular idea. Had I not received this photo I would have waited all day and may have been unable to find something better. When I called to cancel the order after receiving the photo the staff was very helpful and they did offer to redo the arrangement but I was afraid I would not receive it in time so they promptly canceled it for me. When I went in to the Fairmont location to order the lady was extremely helpful and spent time helping me decide colors. All the staff I interacted with was great. I am sure there is a lot going on with proms and having to close a location on short notice but for almost $100 my roses should not be looking dead

Thank you for the photo. I didn't like the color combination of light blue and what looks like orange in the photo. Was hoping for pastels. Didn't really consider orange a pastel. Would have liked pink or purple.

I ordered “Chasing Rainbows” because of the colors. They were soft, light, a feeling of freshness. I was told on the phone that the flowers were available for this arrangement. This arrangement, although pretty, did not have the same feeling.

The one I picked out was full of blooms. This one is not as pretty.

I don't order flowers often but I was shocked at the price for what I got. I called and asked for a $200 arrangement to be delivered to a friend who had lost her father. With tax and delivery it was closer to $250. They are beautiful but pricy.

I appreciated receiving the photo but was a bit disappointed in the arrangement. The example picture showed vibrant spring colors and looked very lively. This arrangement, while beautiful, is not exactly what I was expecting. It strikes me as a little muted. Granted I can only see one side of the full arrangement but I only see two colors and they don't pop in the same way the example picture did. I still think the recipient will be very grateful though.

Why are the flowers not mixed?

Looks really small but pretty

This was the second order for a 9 year old girl who's sister had gotten a much prettier arrangement 2 days earlier for her 11TH birthday. Was hoping for very similar because of 2 girls that were 2 years and 2 days apart

Acknowledging that flowers can be in short supply I placed an order with Breen's. They are located all over Houston. 😊 My Internet search showed an arrangement with pink & purple flowers which I liked. I spoke with Carol who was great taking the order. Breen's followed through well. I was sent a photo of what was sent & the arrangement was green & yellow. 😕 I should have specified my color choice strongly.
