It doesn't look as vibrant as the photo on the website but I'm assuming it's because the flowers haven't opened. I am very pleased with the communication and prompt service

The flowers were beautiful. I decreased by one star because I was hoping the flowers were received by noon; they were delivered after 3:00PM.

Im a bit disappointed. I don't like the lilys in the bouquet. I do love getting a photo, and staff are always exceptional.

Beautiful flowers and great price. Really nice conversation with the store staff. The only issue was that the first delivery attempt wasn't completed - understandable if it happens - but nobody called my number at the time to try to fix it and simply rescheduled.
