Had a wonderful experience. I live in a different state m. The item that I originally ordered was out of stock and they immediately called to inform me. Ended up getting an equally beautiful replacement. Great customer service!

Thank you, they're beautiful and a tribute to your workmanship and products. However, why was the arrangement created and delivered from your Post Oak location instead of the Fannin/Medical Center where I placed and expected my order to be from?

Wow! What an amazing experience. Their online ordering process was so great to utilize, LOTS of follow up and updates as well as a picture of the arrangement and delivery confirmation. Highly recommend Breen's Florist!
