I appreciate your attentiveness to your customers and the ease of ordering online with you! I do appreciate a picture of the arrangement, as that gives me confidence that my order has been handled! Excellent customer service when I called early this morning. I was treated kindly, and the ordering process was efficient. I was sent a picture of the floral arrangement when it was finished, both in text and email. It is lovely, and the price point is on target.
