The driver texted me letting me know that they were on their way but couldn't leave the arrangement because of the weather. I responded telling them when I would be home….they were there waiting to make sure my husband & I got the flowers Great service!!!!! They were there waiting for me to make sure that

The flowers had no card so I had to call several times to find out who sent them. The Answering system was full so I had to call several times. A few of the flowers were already dead. The weather was extremely Cold 10 20 below zero.

Flowers were not super fresh, as you can see the petals are very wilted. I was embarrassed and also upset because it wasn't worth the money.

I loved my floral arrangement. It was a gift and really made my day. I love that the delivery driver reached out to me prior to delivery to make sure I would be home because the day of delivery we had extremely cold weather and she wanted to ensure my flower wouldn't be damaged outside in the cold weather. The florist went above and beyond in my opinion.

HORRIBLE. If I could give you a zero rating I would. So many dead leaves and flowers- it's disgusting and it went in the trash.
