They looked great the first day. Now a week later, the roses and sunflowers had to be removed because they were so wilted. I kept the water over 3/4 inches the vase but I guess that's their lifespan. If they were only to last one week then 5 stars because that's what they did.

Roses had limp heads the second day! I checked to make sure the water was fresh and all stems still in the water and confirmed there was no reason for them to be limp if they were fresh. Consequently very disappointed with the arrangement. Frankly you should replace the whole arrangement with fresh roses! Really sad.

The flowers were gorgeous, the delivery was efficient and fast. He took a picture when he delivered it, he also kept me informed when the delivery started which was comforting knowing they received it. BUT a 25.00 service fee that they don't disclose until you're ready to pay?? Come on, just include in the price of the flowers. What a joke, what you think you're purchasing at what price turns out to be $25 more. I also called a florist shop in Bloomingdale because that is closest to the address I was sending it to. Turns out the order was fulfilled at another florist in Melrose Park.

The flowers would have been very nice, however they were left outside not covered Or boxed in 95+ degrees temperature. By the time I got home they were very wilted and some dying.
