Not great this time. Called and nobody returned call. Looked nothing like the picture. Sorry to say this time I was not happy bc I paid for deluxe and it was not to my standards. Sorry! And it also looked sloppy?

I paid for a delivery before noon and was notified a 3:10 that the delivery was leaving melrose park to be delivered to oak lawn and was not delivered until 5pm

My order was delivered to the wrong address. The was brought to north Pine instead of where my friend lives on south pine. An easy mistake but for the amount paid and being a delivery service, that should always be checked or made right. The delivery person just stopped responding. What a waste of money!

Did not get them. Received a text and I said it was not a good day. I was told they will mark it refused. I hope you refund who sent the flowes. Never had a florist say that when you're not at home and in the hospital with a loved one. Rude

While the flowers were very nice, it was not at all the bouquet I ordered. When I contacted the company I ordered through, it was apparently a “system issue” that caused the very specific bouquet I ordered to not be what was sent. It was incredibly disappointing, since it wasn't cheap, and it was for a very big occasion. I don't know who's end had the “system issue”, since I believe I ordered through a third party, but I can't express enough how incredibly sad I was when I saw what was actually delivered vs. what I had ordered.

I was very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered from my TeleFlora order. They were not even close to what I ordered and the "vase" they were in was rusty. I was embarrassed that the person receiving them thought I had ordered an arrangement that looked that bad.

The sender postponed the delivery as recipient was traveling. Flowers were delivered anyway. I hope sender is not charged for this mess up.

These flowers were absolutely beautiful, however the driver was out of line. I received this beautiful gift from my team at work as a surprise and unfortunately I was not near my home when the driver reached out to me that she would be 8 minutes away. I kindly asked if she can provide me with 45 minutes to 1 hour to get home to receive them, which she said it was okay as she was not near my home at the moment. As I arrived, I thanked her for her flexibility. She looked upset, and called me back 20 minutes later after the delivery and ask me to tell my organization( employer) to not order from them again, suggest another driver, or specify what time I would be home the day of the delivery because she wasted a lot of gas on going to my house twice and for the company to only pay her $8 and for me not to tip her. It was my birthday, I wasn't expecting to receive this beautiful arrangement of flowers, which I didn't have cash on me physically.

flowers looked like they came from the local grocery store. I ordered an upgraded size but did not receive a large bouquet. Pretty disappointing considering this was for a special birthday.

I got 50 roses with no vase that my boyfriend ordered, they didn't even last a full week. Since the order was wrong he had the order redelivered and they only redelivered half of the order, 24 roses all different lengths. He called to say the order was wrong again and they only gave him 20% back when he's been ordering from you for years with no issues. You lost a customer

The flowers are beautiful. However, the service was horrible. The flowers was supposed to be delivered Friday February 14th, valentine's day. But the flowers weren't delivered until Tuesday February 18th.

Flowered were half dead. I've ordered from pro flowers for years and this was the worst quality I have ever gotten. My advice: fire this flower shop from your supply base.

They marked my valentine days flower order as delivered and did not deliver. First customer service rep didn't believe me and said he'd call back and never did. Second customer service rep was very nice and gave me a refund. 1 star for the refund otherwise zero stars.

The flowers were delivered late in the day. They were very small and very expensive. They game from over 50 min away. Won't make the mistake of using FTD again. Felt ripped off
