Chicago Flower Delivery, Melrose Park, IL - Customer Flower Reviews

The flowers were delivered with NO covering on them whatsoever. It was approximately 25* outside. When I asked the delivery person why they weren't covered she simply said “no speak English” and walked away. As soon as I got the flowers in the house the smaller ones wilted.

I paid for the premium arrangement which showed about 25 total flowers in the arrangement, and they sent it looks like the standard one. I sent it to my girlfriend, it looked very cheap and it was an embarrassment, i got ripped off i will never order from you again

Not at all the product that I ordered. A second bouquet was sent to replace the first, and it too was nowhere near what we had ordered. By the way, these were flowers for my wife for our 50th wedding anniversary. From what I understand I'm getting a 30% refund.

I paid 80 bucks for a plant with little flowers it wasn't even big more like 6 in width next time I'll buy it at my local flower shop and not go online to buy something my local flower shop would have given me something amazing

This wasn't what I ordered AT ALL. Wasn't even close. I ordered sunflowers and was given a totally random bouquet WITHOUT EVEN A SPLASH OF YELLOW IN IT. I also wasn't contacted to be told that the sunflowers weren't available. Horrible experience all around.

The flower arrangement was not fresh. Given the dying state of the flowers to the point I called FTD and they will send a replacement. Not ordering again from you, it was supposed to be a nice surprise for my wife that went badly. I can send pictures if you are interested.

The flowers were fine but the service was The flowers themselves were ok. There was no card stating who the flowers were from. Didn't really look like the picture in this review. A lot less stems. No response from florist after numerous texts. Had to call several friends to figure out who sent them. That was embarrassing.

Ugliest

Disappointed. Came a day late and unwrapped. Didn't match much on what u bought.

They were half dead and broken. I think the cold. Very disappointed. I don't feel you would want it to be representative of your arrangements.

Flowers were not super fresh, as you can see the petals are very wilted. I was embarrassed and also upset because it wasn't worth the money.

Did not look like the picture at all. Most of the flowers from the picture were not even included.

HORRIBLE. If I could give you a zero rating I would. So many dead leaves and flowers- it's disgusting and it went in the trash.

My flowers looked not well. Several were black at the ends. They also showed up a day earlier than I had requested so there was not a birthday surprise I had planned.

Worst flowers ever

No. They were one of the most minimal bouquets I have ever received. Flowers were dying, there was no cellophane protection. I would NEVER use your florist and will be telling anyone I know the same toning!

Awful experience- didn't even end up getting my flowers. Very disappointed with service and experience.

Do not like!! Flowers were supposed to be in a turquoise vase, which is one of the reasons I chose it. They came in a clear vase! On the day of delivery, the flower delivers were rude and difficult to communicate with. Bad experience! Will not use this company again!!

I am highly unsatisfied. The arrangement was a third of the size I paid for. Not anything like the photo I ordered from. Extremely disappointed that I paid $123 for this crappy little arrangement that didn't even have any open blooms. It was an embarrassment to send this tiny arrangement for sympathy to my dear friends. And when I requested resolution of the issue I got a lousy $10 credit. What a ripoff.

The original flowers are beautiful. However, the delivery contacted me 15 minutes before they were left on my front porch. They sat outside in frigid temps for over an hour. Needless to say when I brought them in they shriveled up and died. I am very disappointed. It was my father-in-law that had passed away and my husband did not even get to see the flowers because I had to throw them away. I do have a photo I took for reference.

What a happy and fun flower arrangement! 💐 I was recuperating from eye surgery but I certainly saw the adorable kitty and immediately felt better!!! 5 star

Very disappointed!! Looked NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered from telefora. Too many leaves and the smaller roses that were supposed to be included were missing. Floral height not staggered. This looks like an arrangement I could've made at Jewel. Maybe pay attention to the actual photo of the arrangement ordered. This is nothing more than roses shoved in a vase. I asked teleflora for an arrangement. I had to actually go to another florist and pick out beautiful long stem roses for a decent arrangement.

Left flowers on front porch unwrapped. When arrived home three hours later, flowers were wilted, dead and frost bitten!!! Not wise to leave unwrapped flowers without prior notice on porch in frigid temps!! Requesting refund and will never order through company again!!!
