These flowers arrived an hour after the funeral ceremony was over at 4 p.m. and were to be delivered as promised/guaranteed before noon. Any other occasion this would be a minor inconvenience, but this was for a ceremony and part of the main table setup in honor of our family member that passed.

The flowers were half dead. They were very cold so I was hoping they would be better after they warmed up. They were for my birthday and disappointed

Hello! My flowers were beautiful when I retrieved them from my porch, but they were left outside and were frozen so died upon thawing. So lovely flowers, not lovely delivery. :(

No! Although the arrangement was lovely, when it was delivered, it was left UNCOVERED on my front porch in 10 degree weather when we weren't home. Most of arrangement froze and flowers perished. The sender called your office on 1/5/24 to talk to someone. Not sure how it was resolved. We were so disappointed.

Absolutely NOT! On my requested date, the day before my daughter's birthday, the order was marked as hand delivered but it was NOT! When I called Teleflora, they apologized and offered to send out another arrangement from a different florist. When that one was delivered, it was not even remotely what I ordered. I specifically chose the arrangement pictured here. What she got was huge pink flowers, all monotone in a cheap clear glass vase with a huge pink bow. My daughter HATES pink. This original order with the flowers and the bee vase would have been perfect for her. We are both very disappointed. We will never use Teleflora again. They gave me a refund but I really would have loved to have what I ordered instead.

Eric Tinoco sent me these flowers but I never received them. Special instructions were given for the delivery person to call me once they arrived at the delivery address but that never happened.

The flower arrangement that was advertised on tele florist website you did not even come close to doing. There were no pines of fur. The candles are white and looks like you keep out as much as possible on the greenery and the flowers. I would never recommend your florist because the centerpiece you delivered look like a piece of shit.

The flowers were terrible. They were wilted and petals were already starting to fall. They were delivered on Friday and by Sunday, the few roses had already collapsed at the stem. The water was murky and green as if they had been on display for a week. The worst quality of flowers I have ever received. 8 contacted the shop DESIGNS BY GUZZARDO's but their voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. I would NOT give any stars, however, that wasn't an option. I already contacted the sender, I hope they get a FULL REFUND!!!

Flowers were not premium quality, i paid for premium and you can see most daisies and not the roses i ordered. Very dissatified.

I never received my flowers. I was at my dialysis treatment when I spoke briefly to the delivery driver who contacted me on building intercom. I told him I was not there, he hung up and that was it. Who was the person who sent them? Seriously disappointed someone paid for flowers for me and I did not receive them. Very disappointed.

I received that flower order for my birthday and I wasn't impressed. I am a lover of flowers and this arrangement wasn't great. The purple flowers were wilted, the other flowers were dull and placed together very sloppy. The Birthday banner was thrown in the vase and couldn't be read without some major adjusting. The flowers died in about a days.

I was harassed by the delivery driver. He kept texting and calling. He was late and insisted that I wait for him texting. You can wait for me. The delivery was supposed to be a surprise that he ruined. I have a father in a hospital and I had to be there at the certain time. I don't need to have someone tell me if I can or cannot wait. This was the most stressful and awful experience getting flowers. Told my husband never to order from you again because I don't need to be harassed via calls and text.

Unfortunately I never received this flower delivery!! They messaged me that they would arrive in 5 min, however I couldn't but miss it because I was not at home. I hurried home and left messages to them several times to reschedule the delivery but they never came back. They should have scheduled the delivery ahead of time instead of just 5min notification before the delivery. I assumed they didn't left the delivery at the door because of the weather, however they could expect things ahead of time also. Also, they should respond to my messages at least and try to communicate to reschedule or offer a refund. This is not fair for the customer at all. Very very disappointing and ruined the social occasion as well. Absolutely waste of time and money.

The flowers was left on my front porch and they had no plastic wrap around them. I didn't know they were coming and left for church . I didn't see the text until 6:30 pm and they were frozen .

I was so thrilled that a friend and colleague sent me the flowers and when I sent her a photo of what had arrived, she continued to profusely apologize because it was not what she had ordered. She sent me a photo of what she had ordered versus what had arrived and the difference was shocking! I feel terrible that my friend spent money on the flowers that arrived. I felt like it was a scam and profusely apologized that she spent any money on this.
