Flowers were lovely, but card was clearly for someone else. Wished someone else good health after a “fender bender”? Wrong name, I had the common flu, and felt bad for my employer (sender) who paid to send the wrong sentiment to the wrong person.

We never received the flowers. The delivery person texted us he could not find the address. The WRONG address was on the ticket he sent us. The ticket had 1804 Naperville Blvd… WRONG. We sent the driver the correct address of 801 South Washington st, Naperville, Il. We received another text telling the flowers would be delivered when more information was received. I was released Saturday and never received the flowers. Maybe not your fault but we sent you the correct address on Friday. We never received a phone call. We never received confirmation the correct address was received even though I responded the the text that was sent to us. Don't know what happened to the flowers but we never received them. Can you tell us who was the sender so we can reach out to them and thank them for the kind thought? This could have been fixed if we had received a phone call and the correct address would have been given. Also, there was no information/phone number on the ticket that we could have called. We replied via the text# but never received a reply. Again, please send us the name of the person that sent me the flowers.

My daughter who lives in Lisbon surprised me with flowers for my bday. The roses were brown everywhere and the lilies were old and not pretty at all. I called your shop yesterday and no mgr has called me backed. My daughter would be extremely sad to see the flowers that she thoughtfully sent to me. I know flowers can be handled in delivery, but this was way beyond normal travel incidentals.

The delivery was a nightmare. It was delivered at 7 on with emails I received from the driver stating he could not leave the flowers outside the door because it was raining. It was hardly misty outside! It was a nightmare!

Not too happy. First order you sent neglected to put in the dog which was requested. When you did send the order with the dog the white flowers were all tied together and heavy causing them to fall forward constantly. It seemed that they were added as an afterthought that did not blend in with the arrangement at all.

This is the sender I would love to send you a picture of what the flowers really looked liked because they don't look like the pic you sent me I got a hold of 1800flowers recommend them not to use your business these look like Walmart flowers actually Walmart flowers looked better you pic is false advertising and i am more upset now thinking you did a good job and your driver was rude also. so you get a big fat 0 for a review I would not recommend you to anyone.

I am disappointed. There are more green fillers than flowers. I ordered it through 1-800-flowers. This arrangement isn't even similar to the one advertised.

Your flowers really didn't look fresh as some are dying without opening. These are not the flowers that were ordered and customer who paid called and was told I would be getting another arrangement it's been 2 days and nothing yet

The flowers were already wilting when I received them on Friday afternoon. I cut them down and placed in fresh water with flower food, but they're mostly dying a day and a half later. Trader Joe's flowers last wayyyy longer than these.

Awful and ridiculous! This was supposed to be a $100 arrangement??? I was embarrassed to know that this is what she received... it looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered!!! NEVER will I order again! One star is too many!

Although I can't seem to find anywhere to attach the photo of what I ordered vs what was delivered, you may be able to see how horrible this is. It looks as though the smile was drawn onto the mug and then completely smeared. The bouquet is completely empty in the front and it has about half of the flowers both in number and fullness vs the bouquet that I ordered. I understand that I ordered from an online florist who then assigned the bouquet to this particular store, but shame on Guzzardos for doing such a terrible job. If the flowers and mug were not available someone should simply have called me to discuss an alternative arrangement. Instead this horrible bouquet was delivered to a sick child who just returns home from the hospital. Thank goodness I received a photo for proof!!

Sadly the roses were not of good quality. They literally wilted 2 hours after delivery. Not worth money spent. I paid for 2 maylar balloons and got the dollar store kind that are mini balloons on a stick stuffed in arrangement. Very cheap quality all around.

This picture is NOT even close to the flowers i received. I thought someone was playing a joke on me. This arrangement looked like it was picked out of the trash. All flower buds were broken and barely hanging on the stem. Some stalks didn't even have a bud on them. Horrible. Also, called a few times and no one answers phone. Left vm, no return call from them. Sent email, no response. Looked at Yelp reviews and apparently I'm not the only one. I felt like the reviews I was reading were written by me. Reporting this company to Better Business Bureau and writing review on Yelp.
