Very pretty arrangement. Only suggestion: earlier notification of delivery. I would have run out for errands earlier or later had I known so I could have been home and could have tipped your delivery person! But- the flowers are lovely.

I honestly want to say that if it wasn't for including leaves that were already torn and not to have it wrapped when delivered I would have to rate this. 7 but the flowers were beautiful

The flowers are beautiful and remain fresh. I was not home during the initial delivery attempt. I received a text that they would reschedule. I indicated that I could pick it up, but the delivery person made a second trip because I was close. Her efforts were greatly appreciated.

The delivery man was very careful to ensure the flowers were not subjected to the extreme cold. He didn't remove them from the vehicle until he knew someone was home. The flowers are still looking good at one week.
