The Flowers did not last too long that were just delivered on Saturday!

What I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. Lilies were not opened and there was no succulent in the arrangement, which was one of the main unique reasons I ordered it.

They were just k. The flowered were very fresh and the flowers were not full for the amount paid. I personally wouldn't use your services again

One of the balloons was not filled up with helium. It looked really sloppy for the amount of money I spent.

These baskets are not full and lush. You just threw something together. Very disappointed. The flowers are closed not open

Flowers were nice but vase was overstuffed and so presentation was not the best.

The bouquet did not look like the premium size that I requested

It does not look like the picture. The flowers look old and not vibrant like the picture. Very underwhelmed.

I ordered these flowers for my mom for her birthday and they unfortunately were never delivered. Received a couple texts message( 7:08pm and 7:44pm) from driver stating on way, we were home the entire day. Finally had to cancel them once received a message from Teleflora stating they were delivered at 6:30pm.

I ordered flowers for my aunt's 83rd birthday. Although she liked them, I was disappointed considering the amount of money I spent. The picture online had a bigger bouquet considering I chose and paid for a medium size. The flowers were supposed to include lilies too. If your shop didn't have any or they weren't in season, I would have settled for a substitution. I was very disappointed with what I paid for. Considering I'm in another state, you sure got the best of me.

The first vasr of flowers were wilting 1 hour after they arrived. The replacement flowers were in a smaller vase but intact. My friend said she spent alot of money on these. I was not impressed

Next time wrap them in paper and put them in a box.

It was ok. Personally did not like the color combination

The flowers were a nice selection, but past their prime. A closer view of the rose buds and lily buds would have shown this. This arrangement wouldn't have been an acceptable choice even at a grocery store.

Flowers were not all healthy looking.

The flowers were beautiful however my friend sent them to me for condolences for my grandmother's death and I've now received multiple text messages from the company asking for reviews which is highly inappropriate.

I am the sender. The bouquet didn't look like the website picture and the customer service was slow and unhelpful. But ordering Wednesday for a surprise Friday delivery was nice.

Ordered same day delivery. Unfortunately it was delivered the next day. Celebration was over when flowers arrived.

Very small arrangement. I ordered the large size but looked as if it was a small.

The flower design arrangement was lovely. However, the flowers were of inferior quality, and even with water, were wilting in less than 12 hours. Not only were the roses dying, but the moms and other flowers were dying also. very very sad.

The arrangement was nice but I was shocked that there was no covering on it like a clear plastic wrap and it was left outside in the very cold weather. The delivery person sent a text but it was confusing. It said…there's a flower arrangement-that is all. Not that it was at the front door. As a consequence the roses have died. My nephew sent this and it cost him a lot of money and he can't really afford it. The arrangement would have been beautiful if not for that.

My birthday flowers arrived but are NOT Live flowers but a dried arrangement . My kids were surprised and disappointed as was I . We were all expecting live flowers. how did this happen ? Sincerely Carol Cloud 773-370-4383
