Flowers are beautiful. They should be delivered with a protective cover in this weather, especially. Also, few of flowers were broken and I lost those. Otherwise colors, quality and arrangement was very nice.

While the arrangement is beautiful we were shocked to see the driver deliver them without any cover or wrap over the flowers - as the temperature was below freezing that day. Glad someone was home to pick them up off the porch right away.

Beautiful bouquet! Polite and pleasant delivery man. Initial text telling us about delivery could have been clearer so we would know it wasn't a scam like including the name of the party who sent the flowers.
