The driver texted me letting me know that they were on their way but couldn't leave the arrangement because of the weather. I loved my floral arrangement. It was a gift and really made my day. I love that the delivery driver reached out to me prior to delivery to make sure I would be home because the day of delivery we had extremely cold weather and she wanted to ensure my flower wouldn't be damaged outside in the cold weather. The florist went above and beyond in my opinion.

The delivery man was so sweet to call me when no one answered the door. Considering it was below zero outside, my flowers were delivered with very little frostbite.
