The flowers were definitely lack luster especially given the price tag. I asked to have the delivery after 2pm and they came at 10 am. Also I paid extra to have a purple vase and was given just the regular clear one. Very disappointed. Was really hoping to have a better experience.

Very nice arrangement. The flowers seem to be pretty fresh. The delivery driver was very courteous. What's not to like. They are beautiful!

I feel this arrangement needed a taller vase. The flowers are mashed together ans am not able to take them out and trim ends to make them last longer.

The flowers I received are THE best I've ever been given! Over a week later and the roses look as beautiful as day one. Very impressed! So much that I looked up the florist to use them in the future!
