This orchid plant was a birthday present for my 85th birthday from my granddaughter & great grandson from Kentucky. Called a week ago to complain. Plant never bloomed; buds & flowers keep dying and falling off. Never answer phone. Messages left by me phone call not returned. No instructions on how to take care of. I had to look on internet. Why no name on your card only phone #?when my son complained again today the girl was very rude.

I just checked with the recipient and the flowers were never received.

It's not what was ordered

Worst spray painted sloppy floral delivery I have ever received. Shame on your store! You even got spray painted on the white plate.

I ordered a vase of flowers days before they needed to be delivered. They arrived after the recipient's business closed (6:30) and you left the vase of flowers outside the closed business in a sketchy area on the sidewalk and it never made it to the recipient. The delivery person should have reached out to me and made it right the next day.

I ordered an arrangement through 1800 Flowers again, apparently they used DBG again, you can tell from my review 6 months ago, they were good. Well it all went to hell in a handbasket yesterday. Wife was sick, ordered an arrangement again. Paid for delivery between 3 and 6pm. Called Customer Servixe at 6:15. Was told, that they had until 8pm to deliver. 6:35 i receive a text that my order was delivered to me. It WAS NOT. Called again , was told I had to wait until 8pm again. 8:05. Called again, was told sorry nothing they could do except get me a replacement in the morning but there were no other florist that did that arrangement. Went upstairs to lay down with my wife and receive a security cam alert and my ring came at 9:40. When I looked, it was a kid who dropped off the flower arrangement on my porch and left. I went to go retrieve the delivery and what I saw for $140 dollars spent was a joke. ( see photo) There are like 9 flowers just jammed into the vase, some of the roses are dark and wilting and they are just not healthy looking flowers in it. ( nothing like what I picked). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. if you use 1800 flowers . Make sure you mention not to use DBG. Seriously what a huge disappointment.

The flowers were beautiful. But I'm upset that my friend was charged extra for deny 1:00 and I received them at 5:00.

I never got this delivery. This was supposed to be a surprise from my boyfriend and I never received it. It was supposed to be refunded.

I order a set of roses that in the picture looked like it came with about 30 full roses with some other smaller roses and a beautiful clear glass vase. The whole cost of my order was $88 and I was extremely disappointed when I saw what they brought me. I sent them an email to ask for a refund or at least if they could send better flowers, but I never got a response

I'm away and when I got a message I texted and called to let your company know. I guess you don't care. Just want to get the delivery done.

That was the worse floral arrangement I ever had It looked nothing like that I threw them in the trash

The flowers were terrible. At least three were dead and the display did not look fresh. The person who gave it to us was furious and called for a replacement. The flowers in the replacement were better but arrangement did not look like the picture Very disappointed. Would not purchase flower arrangements from you. Wouldn't even rate it but the system won't allow for no stars

It was a nice arrangement, but when delivered, just yesterday, several of the flowers had been crushed, many were already dropping petals, 4 of the 6 roses are drooping today. Not pleased at all.

My order was not delivered on time. As a matter of fact it was not delivered at all on the day promised but this company stated that it had been delivered. So I had to call my girlfriend to find out if she received it, which ruined the surprise I was trying to provide for her. They delivered it the next day, and the flowers were wilted the leaves were torn it looked terrible. My girlfriend had to go back to the florist and get it redone so as to receive a properly created arrangement. Very disappointed for the money that they charged me to provide a surprise for my girlfriend.

I never received my flowers. My husband was told no one was home. He sent them to my place of work! We are an animal hospital and we do not close. He called them and was treated extremely poorly by the woman who answered the phone. For a place that sells flowers and promotes joy for people It so disappointing. Literally the women sai so what you want? You want a refund?? My husband was so confused by that being the first proposed solution.

Looked like Publix bunch of flowers stuck in case, not professional arrangement

Died too quickly! Was a mess when I received them. The water looked like sewer water. Not happy!

Unfortunately, this is the worst arrangement I have ever received. The tree structure made it impossible to water, and hence I had to keep it near my sink. Hence the flowers died immediately. I would not sell this type of pillar arrangement. Also, while the carnations did smell wonderful, the roses had no smell at all. The person who delivered them was diligent on contacting me and I sincerely appreciate that.

Flowers began to wilt in one day

Everything was wrong with the order. First of all, the delivery person had an attitude. The flowers were delivered on the ground at night. Although I was on the phone with the delivery person while they were delivering the flowers and guiding them through the gate, I expected someone to knock and hand me the flowers, as I had been waiting all day for them. Instead, they left the flowers on the ground, exposing them to animals. The flowers weren't wrapped at all, and the job was messy. The flowers were spray-painted, and there was paint all over the white cake plate they were placed on. The flowers also weren't wrapped as shown in the picture, and the paint is peeling off. I will be reporting this purchase, as it was not what I expected at all. Mind you these were supposed to be flowers for my birthday. Horrible customer service, and horrible flowers

Very disappointed first order was a thanksgiving design. My husband ordered a merry Christmas. Called returned and brought me a Christmas design told person who delivered it flowers are falling out already he took the flower and said just stick it back in the arrangement which he did. Told him is this how the rest are going to do? Said it so just as he did stick it back in to arrangement. Never ever again would order from this company. Person delivered to me also smelt horrible of cigarettes 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

We never received them!

just awful the flowers arrived not fresh. the delivery man left them at the front door in the hot sun without ringing doorbell. We found the flowers the next day not as shown in photo., Shame on both the driver and florist

When I received them two days ago, they were very pretty this morning. I looked at them and they are in the process of drooping and dying, so I'm not too happy with it.

My mom ordered 2 sets of flowers by accident. You never checked and were wondering why two sets to the same address. Also the roses let their heads hanging after only 3 days.
