Purple flowers were broken when it arrived , was supposed to have a dozen roses but only had 9 . Paid for XL bouquet unfortunately was not given a full bouquet.

They were lovely

They started dying within 24hrs. Although the arrangement is very pretty these flowers weren't exactly fresh.

The flowers were beautiful. However by the second day they were wilting and by the third day they were almost all gone.

The flowers that were delivered did not represent the picture that was shown on blooms today. I tried to copy and paste the picture that should have been sent along with a picture that of the arrangement that we saw when we arrived there yesterday and were horrified by how bad they looked. It was droopy and the arrangement looked terrible. We were very embarrassed.

I tried calling but it will not go through. I received a bunch of tulips and they were such a disappointment! I got them on Friday and they were dead by Sunday. My favorite flowers that I received from my kids and they never opened. Terrible!!

Terrible flowers the worst I've ever bought! Flowers were falling apart and most of them are wilted. I will not recommend this florist or 1800 flowers to anyone! I'm extremely disappointed with the flowers. Leaving the flowers outside on the ground with just a vase! Who does that after spending money on something special for our anniversary to my wife. Flowers looked old and had mildew on the roses and daisies were just falling off, the greenery leaves had holes in them like they were eaten by some bugs. The water was dirty the flowers came in. Delivery was almost at 9pm. Worst experience ever!!!! If I could select 0 stars I would! I'm so upset over this!

You delivered to the main office and left on outside table and not even my building. No one knew they were there. You could have at least called and told me they were there. My number was right on the card I called you twice and left message-no response. Flowers were wilted and half dead sitting in sun. Terrible

Came 4 hours late & flowers died within 2 days

I honestly wasn't happy with the arrangement you delivered. I sent my brother (who ordered it) a picture of it and he, in turn, sent me a picture of what it was supposed to look like. He, like I, was very dissatisfied. I can sometimes understand certain circumstances might prevent the exact arrangement from being made. However, it was NOT nearly what it should have been.

My mom ordered these from Canada and asked for spring flowers. She spent a fortune and we got half dead bouquet and definitely not spring flowers. She wont be using you again! Neither will we.

No was not happy! I sent a picture to my friend and she was angry that the flower I received did not look like the flowers she chose. The flowers she chose had Hydrangea because she knows I love hydrangea and the ones I received had big ugly neon green thing in them( her quote). She was so disappointed and when she showed me what she picked that I didn't get, I was too!

Never recieved my flowers. The delivery driver made an attempt, I called him back 7 minutes later after I missed his call. He ignored me for hours when I followed up again in regards to a refund he told me he was at my community gate and that 4 people with broken English wouldn't let him and said the address didn't exsist. When I kindly asked if he would come back he said his time was to valueable and that he wasn't going to come back and we can ask for a refund, that it's our problem not his. I give 0 stars and I will make sure to post this on google reviews because he was a racist prejudice driver very unprofessional and I never even recieved my flowers for my birthday. Shame on this company for allowing such behavior.

These looked nothing like what I ordered

Pretty flowers ! But TERRIBLE DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION :-(No balloons , not nuts that were ordered , and no message from who it was from ! It was my 50 th … and my sister ordered for me… very disappointed ! Hope she gets her money back …

I ordered these flowers early in the morning. They were not delivered till 10 o'clock that night to a 90-year-old woman who was scared to death at her doorbell ringing at that hour. That is the part I am most upset about.

They were left at my door for n extreme heat all day. Didn't get them until I got home at midnight.

Flowers were delivered to sidewalk and not the front door. Flower and vase spilled on sidewalk! Very disappointed.

Flower arrangement did not meet my expectations! Didn't look anything like the picture from 1800flowers. If you didn't have the same vase or something similar and same flowers customer has the right to complain. Flowers looks wilted, not because they were not open but because they didn't look fresh 👎
