This is the most disappointing floral arrangement looks so awful, if my son paid more then 30.00 dollars he got robbed just horrible you guys should be ashamed to let something like this leave your florist.

They were lovely, except I ordered 4 and only received one. Please check quantities on orders next time.

My Anniversary was immediately bday The flowers arrived last night @ the petals were falling off the lilies bc God only knows where they were overnight They attempted a delivery Monday at 8:30 pm I live in a 55+ community My anniversary was all day on Monday! I think my son should be refunded This is unacceptable

when i finally got them, they were delivered to wrong address they were beautiful

Did not like design of arrangement. Purple Flowers were also not fresh and starting to wilt!

They look already tired

Quality not great, no flower preservative.

The flowers were at best mediocre. The purple ones were wilting and they died the next day.

Flowers were left outside in heat, didn't check with neighbors. Flowers wilted in the heat. I called when I arrived home to report, no answer, left message. Called again 2 1/2 hrs later, still no answer. Not good business practice. Would not recommend you. I will add, a text was sent, but I didn't see until 90 minutes later. Maybe in the future a phone call would be better than a text.

I've purchased a lot of flowers in my life. This bouquet was Not very impressive for the price. It looked like a bunch I could get from Publix for $14.99 plus a vase.

Underwhelming mediocre design. Too many carnations. Disappointed

The flowers were pretty but after 4 days all the roses died and on the other flowers and leaves wilted. I had to throw the arrangement away.

I received this as a birthday gift- the instructions said to give it plant food which was not included - if it doesnt need food, it should mot have been on the instructions. Also the directions on how to replant were confusing so I left as is and Im sure the plant will die. Never had a bad experience with a plant or flower delivery until now and if it were from a different friend I would let them know, but this friend is going through enough. I'm very disappointed.

It was delivered to the wrong apartment.

Flowers came in and were beautiful. However, they didn't last 2 days! They didn't have a packet of flower food and despite of me cutting the stems and refreshing the water. They died on Sunday night.

Flowers were great But roses died the next day, it really upset my mom as the flowers if they fresh usually stay up at least a couple of days.

This delivery was a big disappointment. Half dead roses and tulips. Stem leaves submerged in water, obviously who did this arrangement don't know what they are doing.

Hi, thanks for caring. I really want to give a favorable review. However the only (10) star could go to the one who sent me the flowers from his heart. They came some of them ready to wither, leaves to the bottom stuff in vase. My fiance now will not use this company again. I had to immediately put fresh water in vase, cut stems on bottom trying to preserve flowers. Also there was no package to pour into water for flowers. This should have been better. He really put his heart and money into giving me something special for our anniversary. Not happy with how the person just put together seeing some of the flowers were not fresh.

Didn't expect daisies it advertised Lilies and it was a small assortment that looked thrown together. Did not meet expectations or price. Will not being using FTD anymore.

I'll be honest I've received many bouquets from my husband over the years. For the price he paid, this was a very disappointing arrangement. He was actually shocked when he saw it as it did not compare to what we've come to expect based on past orders. Sorry, but this customer was not pleased.

Flowers were nice. Not really arranged, just put in a vase that was too large for the amount of flowers used.. nothing special.. wilted in a few days.

Arrived very late in the eve, water was GREEN and full of debris. Arrangement was skimpy. After a second arrangement arrived to compensate(the day after my b'day) I had to clean, re-cut and combine to finally enjoy a full arrangement

Pretty skimpy with only 5 roses. Very ordinary glass vase. Design not impressive.
