The basket was broken and the flowers were wilted. I'm hoping they start to perk up soon. The colors of the flower arrangement were beautiful.

The roses never opened and are now wilting. Please send a replacement.

Loved the flowers, smaller than what I thought I ordered. Did not want the snowman vase it was suppose to come in a glass vase with a gold ribbon.

They were ok but some wilted on delivery Appreciate your service

Very dissatisfied with the arrangements. I ordered deluxe and received standard. Skimpy on the flowers and did not include what was pictured on the website.

Flowers were beautiful but roses died in 3 days. Rest of them did not last longer either. Very disappointed. I've had roses last more than a week. Did not tell person who sent them.

Disappointed! The flowers arrived a day late and some of the flowers were already dead.

Not what was ordered by my aunt. This is representative of the least expensive and she purchased deluxe.

I was very disappointed that the blue/purple flowers were wilting by the time they were delivered on Friday evening. By Saturday evening I had to dispose of them. Red carnations & roses were gone by Monday and green flowers Tuesday. As of today (Wednesday) the only surviving flowers are the white carnations & the light pink flowers. I did change the water and cut stems every day.

The hydrangeas died immediately and the other white did too. I would never tell the person who ordered them. Just not very impressed

I was disappointed in the flowers - didn't look like the ones I ordered. I ordered them for my best friend's birthday and they were not as full as the ones I got despite me picking a more expensive one that indicated looked like the photo

Hi the flower was very nice and fresh but it was delivered at 8.00 pm it should be delivered in the morning. Very disappointing

The flowers were very different from the photo online that I ordered. I was disappointed. The delivery guy was also very rude to me on the phone. My experience here did not make me want to order from here again.

It wasn't able to be delivered to address. This isn't the picture the driver sent me either! He sent me a picture of a package that those couldn't fit in and why would it be in a package if its in a vase with water

The flowers arrangement was lovely but the flowers started to wilt/turn after 2 days. Changing out the water didn't help. The flowers I purchase from Trader Joe's last much longer than 2 days.

The sunflowers were dead the next day and the roses died 2 days later. I honestly thought the water looked extremely dirty for a fresh delivery.

The flowers were beautiful! The roses were so fragrant filled my hospital room.

Although beautiful the flowers were already weeping upon delivery, as if left in heat for prolonged period of time. No packet of cut flower food/boost included with delivery. The arrangement will not last the three days until the intended purpose on Thanksgiving.

Truly wasn't impressed. Bouquet small and I was disappointed.

This was a lovely surprise from a dear friend! However- I would like to make it known that upon arrival all 3 sunflowers were dead and the mums and roses weren't fresh :( not a big deal in the scheme of things but disappointing that I didn't get to enjoy them.

The flowers arrived early in the morning.The arrangement of Fall colors was very nice but I was disappointed that on the second day the Sunflowers started to loose their yellow petals and many of the small dark red flowers were curling up. They did not look too fresh.Perhaps a packet of flower food would have been helpful. The roses are fine and are lovely.It is a pretty arrangement, but I am sad it did not last long.

The flowers are beautiful, but some were half dead with petals shedding everywhere, and the one sticking up was cracked at the top. My husband sent photos to 1-800- flowers but no reply.

Although very pretty these were not the premium flowers I paid for. There were at least a dozen pink and white roses on the website and a totally different vase. The vase in the photo was mosaic and one of the reasons I chose the arrangement. I reached out to Teleflora since I was very disappointed.
