The arrangement was very attractive, however the ceramic vase leaked all over my coffee take and made a mess. I had to remove all the flowers and put them in my own vase

This was my bouquet last year. This year I got a gorgeous bouquet, but the roses in Little roses died after two days. So now they sent me another one with more sunflowers in and no roses. The little orange roses they're so beautiful, but they just do not last so my bouquets have been very beautiful, but they don't last.

Since I have received 3 text messages to complete a review, I am going to - but had preferred not to since the first experience was not great. In short, the flowers were delivered at 1:00am in the morning - a DAY AFTER the birthday. And, they looked sickly. It was a disappointing experience. However, to give Guzzardo's some credit where credit is due, they did make it right. They picked up the flowers and replaced them with new ones - which were beautiful.

They were pretty but did not look like the picture my friend ordered.

The flowers weren't very fresh looking. The roses looked like they were a week old.

I found the flowers to be not so good as that photo. I had to take out 6 and discard them and now 2 days later they are again mostly at the end of the cycle. I have had many flowers delivered hand they have lasted a week to two, not these. By tomorrow I believe the roses will be gone totally.

The bouquet was a lot smaller that I expected for $165.00 as it looked online. It was beautiful but small. Also, after three attempts I never received my receipt of payment but somehow I received this review.

So so some won't last past today. Pretty but some are almost dying already.

Very small

I was thrilled to receive flowers from my beautiful daughter. However the flowers did not represent well what she ordered. They were not healthy flowers. My flowers were not the best. They never bloomed unfortunately.

The arrangement was very nice. The flowers were nice upon arrival but they were dying in less than a week. I didn't care for the chocolates. They are the cheap kind. I would prefer Lindt, Godiva, or even Russell Stovers. The candle is rather small but it smells good.

Don't know how much was spent on this arrangement but sorry I was not impressed

Flowers were pretty. Not great Didn't last long. Received flowers from Publix before are outlasting these.

The water looked a little dirty

I thought it was nice but I think it is terrible to deliver at 645 at night on December 30 th my birthday so I really could not enjoy it. It is terrible to receive flowers so late

Beautiful

The flower arrangement is beautiful and 6 days later they are still beautiful! The only issue I had was that they should have been delivered hours before. It was a birthday present and it was delivered at 6:15 PM, while I was out to dinner, and only after my daughter called several times. She was told that they would deliver them the next day, a day after my birthday! Needless to say, that that didn't sit well with my daughter! If the arrangement arrived in a timely manner I would have definitely given you 5 stars!

I loved the lovely flower arrangement. However, it was delivered with nothing to add to water and it looked like it had been through a lot during its travels to get to me. Sadly, the flowers wilted & started to die within two days.

My husband ordered roses for me but I received carnations. He also called your company the next day to let you know. They said they will send another bouquet. But I never received it. Thanks
