The arrangement is beautiful. However, it's in soil and although I looked at the directions, I'm not sure how to water it. I've never received an arrangement in soil . Either it's flowers or a plant. This is flowers in soil??? Thank you for allowing me to voice this!

My order was supposed to be delivered before 12:00 (Midday), because you were not able to do it at time, I have called you before 12:00 and you told me that you will do it at 1 PM. And then I call again at 1:15 to cancel, because the surprise was already ruined, and you have confirmed that it was cancelled. And finally you did the delivery after 5 PM. You are thieves

This arrangement is not what my friends ordered. The blue hydrangeas have already wilted after less than 24 hours. The little purple flowers have fallen over and dried up. Very disappointed
