The flowers that I received from my family in Texas were absolutely beautiful. The roses are amazing. The babies breath is beautiful and the bouquet itself is so full and colorful. Best flowers I've ever had in my whole entire life.

I received someone else's flowers. I yelled out to the driver twice but he was on his phone and didn't hear me. I called the number on the card and left a message but never received a call back. And my chocolates had a best by date of May 1st 2024... that was over 4 months ago.

Gorgeous on arrival, but they did not open. This despite following the directions of changing water every two days and each time cutting stems beneath water line. They blooms did not ever droop, rather the petals turned brown. I believe that indicates bacteria/disease. Quite disappointing. Will you do something to make it right?
