I was not happy because the driver did not bring it up to my door so I didn't know that it was downstairs and I didn't get it till the next day, and now the roses are not opening, but they are withering.

My grandmother never received order for her 100th birthday. Disappointed in the service, will never use again unfortunately.

What was purchased was a premium bouquet of flowers and a helium balloon. However, the flowers and balloon I received were significantly different from what was depicted on the website. The small, inflatable balloon overshadowed the tiny bouquet of flowers, making it clearly not premium quality. The purchase was clearly not worth the price paid.

I didn't receive a bear and my arrangement looked horrible!!!

I ordered this for my daughter- was very disappointed.

Carrier wouldn't leave flowers at the home as it was snowing, was kind enough to bring them to the job site but our employee had left for the day and isn't returning until Tuesday so she wont get them. They were supposed to be delivered Tues when she was at home all day. They smelled like cigarettes when they arrived. Flowers def not as pictured on FTD, some looked wilted. Overall so disappointed.

The flowers were not as expected. Some were dead and the arrangements appeared as if they were not done with care. My suggestion would be to take more time to ensure that the customer is getting as close to what it looked like on the internet. Unfortunately I probably would not patronize your business again.

I was never called or notified that my flowers arrived simply asked to review them even though I never received them.

I never received the candy. And 2 of the roses had holes in the petals like they were older roses.

Horrible!!!!! I wish I can give you -0 stars, not only don't deliver on the day it supposed to be delivered, even tho you charge more for that, I called and make me changed the address and the day to deliver, didn't deliver there neither, called again give me another date, didn't deliver then either, finally delivered 3 days later, and delivered the wrong flowers, same color but wrong flowers, and it was wayyyy smaller than the picture, flowers looking horrible like there was in the truck from the 3 days you didn't deliver, smh shameful service, I asked my refund and never received nothing. Worst service ever

No, they were supposed to be all roses, and they literally died in 2 day

I received your flowers as a surprise gift. The sender, Rose Pridgeon, was not pleased with the flowers, as I sent her a picture. They did not resemble the flowers she had chosen, which I agree with. She called your business, requesting that new flowers be sent. That did not happen. I am pretty certain she will not order from u again.

I wish the flowers I received looked like this picture. They were 4 days late and by the time I received them, they were dead and decaying. I had to throw them out right away as they were stinky. I'm so disappointed with the experience.

The flowers were not delivered to the correct business

It was the thought of the sender that did it for me! The flowers looked like an order was placed then just thrown together quickly.Unhappy about that. I've had better. Some of the flowers were wimpy/bent. Some dying already. For the money spent I'm sure they could've been arranged better.

I left two voicemails, called 3 times, message this company on Facebook (which they read) and didn't respond. I feel bad that whoever paid for these flowers to send condolences for the passing of my dad, got screwed. I would say this is fraudulent and I'll make sure this review is everywhere so people know this company has horrible customer service. I got a call from the driver Friday morning while I was back home for my dad's funeral, she said call the shop to get it re-delivered.I did just that. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls or messages on Facebook. What a crook of a company. They are open everyday and have no excuse to not call me back.

Completely unsatisfied. That bouquet is no where near the bouquet I ordered. Looks like they pulled it out of the trash with all those fake leaves. It was supposed to be sunflowers, red roses, carnations ,little purple and orange flowers. I know this time of year they may not have some flowers. But that is not even close to what I ordered. I wanted to bring a smile to a grieving mother. Very disappointed....

The quality is great. Delivery missed the date and time. It is your standard to call in advance and this delayed delivery. This is a poor process and caused the delivery date to be missed. Deliveries should be done on the date requested before 3PM. Yours missed my anniversary and the next day my wife was out of the office… so it is now two days late. This is a very disappointing result. Calls are for issues. If no issue, delivery should be the standard action.

I never ordered flowers. You kept calling me about the order. Now you are bothering me for a review. Done. Lose my number. I told you repeatedly you had the wrong number.

I would give it less than one star, but you can't. Flowers were never delivered. I've called and no one answers the phone or responds to voicemails. Completely terrible. Would love an explanation or some sort of acknowledgement due to paying for a service which never received.

Thank you! The flowers/plant were very cute. Unfortunately they died a day after I received them.
