So small and not worth the money

The order was not correct. It should of had a get well soon balloon and did not receive the card.

The vase flowers and flowers I bought where nothing alike to the image or chosen flower arrangement no where near the colors or design ! How do you go from purchasing a beautiful arrangement too a very loow expectation ! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ! HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED !

The orange leaves have dried up, the orange roses petals are brown, the green filler is falling off branches. Disappointed it didn't last longer.

I never received my flowers. When they were ordered they needed to be delivered by a specific time. They were delivered over 2 hours late.

An order for someone else was dropped at my house. I called you to see if you wanted to pick it up but no one called me back. I guess that order and this one were swapped. Please let me know who this order was from

I never received the flowers. We called the day they were supposed to be delivered and were told they were unable to deliver them to my work (odd!) so arrangements were made to have them delivered to our home the next day. They weren't delivered the next day to our home and when we called again we were told they were delivered to my work, but they weren't there either. Very disappointed and would like a refund for the product we never received.

I didn't receive the flowers before I left work at 5:00pm so I do not know what they look like.

Terrible experience never got the flowers in the expedited window I pay and they came after my girl left work it was a waste of time she never got them!!!

The flower arrangement was beautiful and sent to me as a condolence. However, they delivered it during the evening and did not call me. The beautiful arrangements sat out outside in 40° weather all night, long until the next morning. Sone of the flowers were already Wilton when I finally discovered them on the porch. When I called the store at the number I was given, I left a long detailed message about what happened. I never received a phone call back. I called two more times that day and nobody responded. I would not trust this organization to deliver flowers in the proper way. If the person is not home, they at least owe the courtesy of a phone call to let them know that there are flowers sitting outside.

The order was cancelled because you could not find the address and no one from your business tried calling me.

You delivered them to my business n it was closed! You just left them at the front door. My husband had to drive to my work! Luckily they were still there! What was ur driver thinking? It's a poor neighborhood, homeless, beggars...

I was very disappointed by the size of the arrangement for the price. What was ordered was the deluxe arrangement and what was delivered I would have guessed should have been the smallest regular bouquet. I would hate to see and pay for what your regular arrangement would look like. It looked nothing like the picture advertised as your Deluxe bouquet.

I guess they are just ok, not what my son had ordered. Why did the driver leave them out side in front of the bldg. no call nothing….the kids in the bldg got a hold of me……

I have not received my flowers.

I didn't like my order because it never showed up when I paid for it to. I paid extra for morning delivery and that wasn't fulfilled. The person the were going to left work in the afternoon so I had to cancel. I would give zero stars if I could. Thanks for ruining an anniversary gift.

The liner was leaking water all over the table where the flowers were placed. A huge puddle of water wrecked my table. Since the arrangement can't hold water, after 2days it is just about finished. Disappointing.

Flowers were never delivered to my house. FTD said the delivery driver told them my address didn't exist, there was no one home to accept delivery, and that I was called to reachedule. I confirmed the address, people were home all day, and my phone never range. FTD said they'd reach out to the delivery driver, but I never heard back.

Never received the above bouquet! Please check your delivery!

Absolutely terrible & more than half of the bouquet was wilted/dying. This wasn't even what I had ordered! Will never order from this florist again.

Delivery was late and left outside in the cold. Express delivery fee was charged but not provided. Very disappointed, will not use this service in the future.

They are very pretty, but died within 4 days.

Unfortunately, I must say after receiving numerous flowers through the years, and also a floral designer, this ranks amongst one of the worst I've seen. Not only was the delivery nearly at 7pm, it was placed on the porch. The flowers smelled, the water was brownish, and it was as though just someone just put flowers in a vase that is way too large for the amount of flowers. Grocery store flower arrangements are more beautiful with more thought put into the arrangement. The person who sent this is from Green Bay, and is unfamiliar with florists in the area. She asked me to send her a picture and when I told her what time they were delivered, she was appalled with both design and delivery. While I DO NOT want another floral arrangement from you, I do believe she needs to be reimbursed for such a disappointing experience.

I did not receive this arrangement
