My little white dog passed away. Erica ordered a white angel dog for me. They sent pink. When Erica complained they sent red. How can a florist be so dense? The flowers were fresh, following orders was fail.

I received a pink dog bouquet, as a memorial on the passing of my fluffy little white dog. I sent my dear friend a photo of it and thanked her. It was supposed to be white. So she complained. They remade the dog red. I laughed at ineptitude of following order. She sent me a photo of what it was supposed to look like. The white puppy would have been very nice.

I received someone else's flowers. I yelled out to the driver twice but he was on his phone and didn't hear me. I called the number on the card and left a message but never received a call back. And my chocolates had a best by date of May 1st 2024... that was over 4 months ago.

Gorgeous on arrival, but they did not open. This despite following the directions of changing water every two days and each time cutting stems beneath water line. They blooms did not ever droop, rather the petals turned brown. I believe that indicates bacteria/disease. Quite disappointing. Will you do something to make it right?

They never showed up to my work. Waited til after 5. My boyfriend was so upset that his kind gesture was ruined. Not sure what happened. Very disappointed.

We pretty but were delivered late. Was to be delivered by 4pm and came around 530 even though they were ordered in the morning.

The freshness of the white flowers was questionable. Terribly wilted upon delivery, as well as brown spots on all the outer petals of the roses. Several broken off flowers including that green succulent on top (just fell on off immediately) and some of the lilies. Should have had something in the vase to stabilize stems and instead they were all jammed in. Many of them not even in the water. And lastly it was delivered without any protection around it. I would not recommend. Very sorry. I appreciate your asking for a review.

Pretty arrangement but the roses already were wilted and some were even brown and dried out when we got the arrangement. By the following day, all the roses were dead and slumped over with a lot of the petals dropped off. We placed it in clean water with the ‘plant food' that came with them as soon as we received the arrangement but that didn't seem to help at all.

I paid 54 dollars for a much bigger, more beautiful plant. Send flowers substitutes this cute plant… but not worth 54.00. I am not sure who is to blame.

My husband ordered stargazer/itiental lillies. You sent pink Lillie's. He paid extra for rush delivery (before noon) they were late. No one called to ask about a substitute or explain why I got the wrong flowers. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Some of the flowers were missing in comparison to the photo image, not very fluorescent and had to dig through every piece of paper to even find the note

The arrangement was beautiful, I especially liked the lavender filler. The only thing, was the delivery was right in front of the door so going out I almost knocked it over.

Never got the flowers. Person who sent them reached out to you. Still never got them credit the sender.

My partner tried getting flowers for me to surprise me at work, I never received the flowers, he sent a email to get a refund and still hasn't gotten a response. Very disappointed!!

Never received the flowers! Paid for 4 hour delivery they delivered after building was closed was suppose to redeliver next day never heard anything back. Still waiting on refund.. awful awful experience

I never received these flowers. That's not what our package delivery area looks like, so I don't think they even made it to the right apartment complex. My sister, who sent the flowers, received no help when she called your customer service, and when I called a few minutes later, no one even bothered to answer. What a scam.

My flowers never got delivered to my house and I did it twice it's disappointing

The arrangement was beautiful, but the wrong type of flowers. The order was for red tulips not roses.

The arrangement was terrible. The color combinations were horrible. The roses were wilted and not in good condition. I would like a refund.
