We did not get the flower arrangement. We ordered the one that arrived. Looked cheaper than what we bought and it was a day late. We are very dissatisfied.

The $30 service fee was not obvious it was almost as much as the flowers themselves would never use this site again

The vase was ill fitting for the arrangement and it looked crammed and too short.

Flowers looked dull. The petals on the roses were dry. Some of the purple ones were lifeless, just hanging there. Too much foliage (not sure if that is what it is called.. the extra green leaves). I'm sorry, but it was very expensive and disappointing.

Unfortunately that is not the arrangement that I ordered. I ordered blue flowers, not white. I do not like this arrangement at all. Too much white. This arrangement is more suitable for a funeral then a get well

Dear Guzzardo's, I would love to give your company a 5 star rating, however, you can see from the photo above, that this arrangement was pretty sad when it arrived. There was no water in the container, so the alstroemeria was completely wilted, and the roses were already curling on the edges. Once I filled the container with water, the alstroemeria was revived, but the roses didn't have a chance. My best friend from Alabama sent these to me because I am going through a very difficult time. I was so disappointed she spent the money for flowers that never made it. I hope you will refund her. Thank you.

The flowers showed up 3 days late. This happened last year as well.

When the flowers were delivered the light pink roses were turning yellow/brown and drying out. Disappointed that someone would send flowers out like that. I would expect that but not the day it was delivered.

I would like to know how you would like to get a rate on your job when u didn't do it ! We never received are order so right now your rate is a big zero thanx for your great service 🤬

The sunflowers came all dried up. They never gonna open and look pretty.

The flowers were looking wilted and old

Did not receive these flowers at the time this text came to me. My husband had nothing but problems with delivery and getting the flowers where they needed to go.

My flowers were not delivered before the requested time. Also, a few of the flowers were already wilting.

Flowers came late and not what was chosen for the order. Won't use again. Have terrible reviews and should have read first.

What I received and what my daughter ordered was so disappointing. Alot of the flowers were nearly dead and she ordered the larger bunch and this is what was sent.

Flowers alone cost $70, didn't look at all like the picture. In one day they're already dying one is completely dead and it's losing leaves and flowers. I would not buy from this company again you cannot reach them to talk to them about it. All you get is a bot when I finally got through to the customer service. I was put on hold for five minutes and disconnected. Spend your money elsewhere.

Order was not even close to what was pictured. Very disappointed. We will not order from you again.

They forgot the balloon and candy that was part of the order. My daughter who sent them was disappointed. Was able to get a partial refund. Would not likely use them again.

My deployed fiance sent me these and he payed extra to have them arrive on my birthday. they arrived 4 days after the day he payed for them to arrive. customer service was OK, they gave him a partial refund however this was extremely disappointing.
