My daughter-in-law loved the flowers. They were beautiful! However, she got them a day late. That's my only disappointment.

Arrangement is gorgeous however the bottom flowers are withering and falling out.

Although the flowers were nice, they did not look like the arrangement I ordered.

When flowers arrived looked wilted and dry! Half the water was gone in vase!

I really enjoyed the flowers. They looked as nice if not better than what I expected. They arrived on time and in great condition. I did not like the card that came with it however. I spent extra money for a nice card with a message, and instead got a small paper with my message on it, on the back of care instructions. I don't know if the other add ones are disappointments too, but probably won't get any in the future.

The flowers are beautiful but they arrived late in the day so I wasn't able to see them until 2 days after they were delivered.

My friend said they were to be sunflowers but obviously they're not. The roses are beautiful but the lilies and snap dragons are not open...hopefully they will open before the roses die.

Nice bouquet. But the delivery should be more compassionate. Not just leaving it on the porch and ringing the bell. Should be delivered by hand to the person the flowers are intended for.

The arrangement was pretty, but there was no water in the vase. The flowers had started to wilt by the time I realized they had been left on my porch.

Arrangement was very full and many flowers lovely. But, many flowers were wilted and lasted only a day or two.

Flowers were beautiful, however, they forgot the balloons! Tried contacting the company, however, had no luck

Well, I thought the flowers were beautiful But my husband had paid extra money to make sure that they were at my house by 12 to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. The flowers did not come in till close to 5 o'clock. They did refund him the money that he paid extra but it was for a very special day, and we were both kind of just appointed that it didn't get here when he wanted it to.

The flowers are beautiful. It looks like we were supposed to receive a bear as well according to this picture, but we did not receive this.

The flowers were fine. The container they were packed in could of been bigger. I couldnt get them out. Directions said add packet to water. No packet. Water in the vase would of been nice for flowers delivered

Flowers were delivered very late. Some petals were damaged. The items had a smoky aroma like marijuana. My daughter had this delivered to me for my birthday and I honestly felt bad that she spent her hard earned money on this and it came when I was leaving for the day and then the quality was not great. 😒

The edges of some of the blooms were brown. :(

The flowers were nice but not worth the money paid. Also, the flowers were not delivered to the person, just put outside the door to the office.

Many of the roses looked like they were froze bit or burned.

They are pretty but not great - a lot of the roses haven't & will never open - looks like it got to warm somewhere - some flowers started to brown

The flowers were gorgeous, but the chocolates were very melted, deformed, and looked old. The melted chocolate was stuck on the box and the paper in between the two layers.
