The flowers are beautiful

Very pretty. Don't know if doorbell was rung. I just found them on the porch.

The arrangement is gorgeous. I love it. However, it was left between my front doors. I rarely use that door. Some of the flowers were dying due to the cold nights. You have my email, perhaps a note of the delivery.

What I received was different than in the photo. Regular sized roses were replaced with spray roses. The flowers came as a surprise so the sentiment makes up for it.

I would not have brought it up and I don't want a replacement but since you asked, the arrangement was nice except some of the pink carnations were already starting to wilt (as delivered). Otherwise very nice.

The flowers were pretty droopy by the time they arrived at my door. They are lovely but don't seem very hardy. They look much perkier in the photo above.

The flowers were beautiful and I have no complaints about them, however the glass vase was just left on my front porch it wasn't wrapped or in any type of protection from the elements. I was at work all day and had my neighbor not saw them and taken in they would have been dead that's the reason I didn't give five stars

The plant basket is beautiful. I just wish there would have been some more instructions on how to take care of the plants. Otherwise everything was great

Delivery was promised by 4:00 pm and the slip on the flowers said by 2:00 pm. They were not delivered Till 4:45 pm. I was already gone for the day. Flowers are Beautiful. Colors are very vibrant

While the arrangement was pretty, I was surprised it was just set on my front stoop, and didn't have a plastic bag over it.

The flowers were beautiful but the arrangement was not different than the picture. At first, I was disappointed because it didn't look like the picture, but then realized it was all the same flowers in the picture just in a bigger vase. For the flowers, they were absolutely beautiful. The arrangement was different than the picture but after the surprise of that, it was fine. My only problem was I paid extra to get the flowers the next day through 1-800 flowers, they said they were delivered and they weren't so I chatted with them online and they ended up sending a new bouquet of flowers and refunding the extra paid for fast delivery. So a day late, but they were beautiful. Because of the late delivery and the difference in the arrangement, that is why I gave them four instead of a five stars.

Hi, I placed the order and the arrangement was beautiful, but not what I ordered on the website. The website advertised lavender roses.

The bouquet was beautiful. It picked up our spirits. 5 stars

They're beautiful. Just hope I can keep them that way. Do I take them out of the foam and clip them and water the foam?
