Got flowers,like but the delivery man. Put them out side entrance door,and left,if I was not downstairs they would have been taken.M y son told to have them brought to my apt.door to call or use intercom to let me know when they came.Its on camera he just put down an left.Very disappointed.414-400-1461.

I received your flowers as a surprise gift. The sender, Rose Pridgeon, was not pleased with the flowers, as I sent her a picture. They did not resemble the flowers she had chosen, which I agree with. She called your business, requesting that new flowers be sent. That did not happen. I am pretty certain she will not order from u again.

The arrangement was nice. But the flowers were delivered to my porch in a short, open, cellophane cone insufficient to protect live flowers in cold weather.

The flowers are beautiful. I received two bouquets. The exact same, from two sons. Neither had a packet of flower preservative and one was supposed to have a box of candy and it did not. My son called you and the candy is to be sent but it has not been received yet.

I wish the flowers I received looked like this picture. They were 4 days late and by the time I received them, they were dead and decaying. I had to throw them out right away as they were stinky. I'm so disappointed with the experience.

The flowers were not delivered to the correct business

It was the thought of the sender that did it for me! The flowers looked like an order was placed then just thrown together quickly.Unhappy about that. I've had better. Some of the flowers were wimpy/bent. Some dying already. For the money spent I'm sure they could've been arranged better.

Beautiful arrangement. The sender said he would have liked to be able to pick a time for the delivery. I wasn't home and it was very cold but they wrapped the flowers and they were still perfect when I got home.

Was not what was ordered. And the new one was left outside. And still not right.
