My daughter ordered this bouquet for my birthday. While taking the cellophane off to arrange them in a vase, the roses literally fell apart. Almost every petal fell off. Some of the other flowers were limp already. I went to my local florist and replaced the roses. It is now very beautiful.

I have called the phone number 248-399-5664 twice since flowers were delivered. I left voicemails both times a s have received no response. My daughter said she ordered a card and communicates the message but there was no card with the delivery. It says “see attached Greetings Card” But none was attached. I had to guess who the flowers were from. I understand mistakes happen, but no answering of phone or returned call is not acceptable customer service.

The bouquet of flowers sent by you was fresh and they're still as beautiful as the day they have came except my lilies have started to open. I lost one of the roses but other than that it still is beautiful as the day came thank you so much. it's so nice to be able to enjoy them each day. It's just a way to extend your birthday you know?

They are beautiful. The arrangement is full of fall colors and different flowers. Many had not yet bloomed so they will last. My kiddos arranged for me to get beautiful bouquets once a month for the next gloomy 6 months of winter. It will be so much less gray now. Very thoughtful gift. .
