Bought these for my mom. Flowers were pretty but I paid extra for a bigger bouquet of flowers and it did not look near as full as the picture advertised

The flower arrangement was lovely, but I was surprised and disappointed that the flowers were not wrapped or covered in any way to protect them from the extremely cold night air in which they were handed to me.

The arrangement looked very nice when delivered, but a day and a half later the roses are turning brown and showing no signs of opening. Also I paid Teleflora for a before 1 PM delivery, but delivery did not occur to 7 PM (Teleflora is reimbursing me).

These flowers were not delivered to my mother. I was given a refund. I was very disappointed

The flowers are very nice but they are totally not what I picked out. I was disappointed that you didn't send what I chose. Why show pictures to choose from, if that is not what you send.

Beautiful arrangement!

The flowers were so beautiful but the roses literally died the next day and it upset me greatly. Other than that the flowers are beautiful and the other flowers in the bouquet are perfect.

I will be honest, I feel bad writing a bad review, but these flowers did not look anything like what I ordered online. I ordered a bouquet with soft pastel colors, roses and Lillies, and our bouquet had nothing but cheap flowers and carnations in it. The colors were vivid, orange and purple. Nothing like what I ordered. I was pretty disappointed.

Got these flowers from a friend after the loss of our dog. They are beautiful! Its been a couple of weeks and they still look gorgeous. Totally recommend this place.

1st your Deliver guy was AWESOME I wasn't home and because he cared he did not just leave uncovered at the door in the blistering weather!! He called and was willing to leave with my next door neighbor 10 stars !! Flowers are fresh thanks for including the flower flood packet.
