Rose petals started falling off the same night and the alstroemeria and stock petals were falling by the second day. Nothing even opened. The water was changed daily too. Everything was dead by Tuesday and making a mess on my floor. I tossed it. Sad because i received 2 arrangements from different florist the day prior and they're both still absolutely stunning.

Flowers did not last more than a day. Even upon delivery they didn't look great (sunflowers). Definite waste of money for the sender.

I tried to call yesterday 4 times left a message. Never received a call back. I didn't even have the flowers 24 hrs and they are dying, very disappointed.

Flowers were not as pictured. Very disappointed with what I purchased. I upgraded to most expensive arrangement and looks like I was given the standard bouquet.

If these are the flowers delivered they look nothing like what I ordered. This looks like a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT arrangement!

Very dissatisfied with the delivery service Flowers were left in front of the hospital on the ground picture was taken and it was a lot in order to get it to Miss Janice Jones, who is sick in the hospital. Had to call to the hospital to ask if she received them several times because they didn't know where the flowers were very dissatisfied with the delivery service specially for someone at a hospital they could've been left at the hospital front door counter, not on the ground in front of the hospital door where anyone could pick them up and take them

By fqr thw worst experience we have had from 1-800 flowers. “Guzzardo'” was the florist, my husband paid for the Large arrangement. Not only was this a skimpy it was thrown in the vase with zero effort into making a pretty arrangement for $100+

I never received my order, so I rate it a 0. My Husband had to go out of town for work at the last minute, and left on our Anniversary, So he ordered Flowers to be Delivered to my work as a surprise for me, while he was on the Airplane. He had a Groupon and After purchasing the bouquet and typing a card and all the instructions, he realized that the Groupon code (that he did enter correctly) didnt apply. Since he was on a plane he was unable to call customer service, so he did the Chat option.. After 45 mins if ‘chatting' they basically told him there was nothing they could do to help him. They said he would have to save the groupon for a future order which would be fine… but once he was on the ground waiting to Deplane he received a phone call he was unable to answer from the Florist.. when he called back they told him since he didnt answer his order was Canceled. However we never received a refund..and i never received the flowers either.

Very disappointed with the service and quality of my delivery. I paid for and extra fee guaranteed delivery before 12noon on July 3rd along with the standard $15 delivery fee. We got the flowers at 8pm, and the arrange was very small - again I ordered the midsize arrangement. I'm very disappointed!

The flowers were wilted and not similar to the picture we ordered , the delivery time was good but the flowers made me feel very disappointed.

I asked that the delivery be postponed due to a family emergency. The company agreed to this.The flowers came anyway and my efforts to straighten this out got me emails about expired coupons or some such. I will never use this service again.
