I asked that the delivery be postponed due to a family emergency. The company agreed to this.The flowers came anyway and my efforts to straighten this out got me emails about expired coupons or some such. I will never use this service again.

Never received the flowers.

They never delivered them

I was really upset I didn't get the flowers in the time they were expected for a four hour block and don't even know now if they're going to be alive because of going out of town. Super disappointed and embarrassed my partner spent money for them when they were not even functioning for time.

Was not home when flowers were delivered and they were still left on the property. Unconscionable especially in this weather!

Flowers arrived crushed. And they weren't dispersed within the bouquet but together in a bunch. For example all the roses were in one spot. The stalk type flowers were bent and flowers on the stalks were dry and crushed and falling off.

A couple of flowers were wilting and one of the roses had mold on it. Very gross would not order in the future.

No, I was not happy with my flowers. Tĥe bouquet wasn't made up of all fresh flowers. This arrangement came in the package upon delivery with weeping flowers. I call to resolve the issue but there was no return phone call. I bouquet was over $130 but the quality was not satisfactory. 😞

I paid $74 dollars for 9 flowers for my mom! Super disappointed!! Looks like a quarter of the flowers in the picture that I picked online.

Never received my flowers. Very upset. They were from my son and daughter inlaw from Texas. They should be refunded. Put your business on file not to use.

I wish, giving zero stars as an option, because I literally never received the flowers. There was no attempt to call or text me for delivery.

It's not even 48 hours and all roses have died.

These were nothing like the picture of pale pink/blush bouquet I ordered.

Recipient never received flowers. Didn't arrive before 2 as was the arrangement and paid extra to make sure they were there before recipient left her position. Flowers arrived AFTER the doctors office closed and were left at the front door because that place was closed. Mai from Avas flowers said that a photo was sent when they were delivered showing they were sitting on the ground by the closed front door. The intended recipient was gone, last day on the job. Will never use this stove again.

I was so excited to get my roses for my 5th wedding anniversary and I was so hurt that my order was missing some of my roses and my husband and I were so upset about it !! Ruined our day . And the customer service was awful and didn't even care enough about the service!! Never will order again!!!

Ordered flowers for my wife. It was our anniversary. Was not what I expected. Did not even come close to the picture that I seen. The arrangement was called “Steal the Show”. The only stealing was my money for what I paid for that. Very disappointed!

I originally ordered a flowering PLANT for my mother's 99th birthday. I also chose the balloon option. I was notified the day before delivery that I would be given a substitution of equal or greater value. When it was delivered it was a bouquet of flowers. I specifically wanted my mother to have a PLANT as she needs something to take care of and nurture at this point in her life. Some of the flower leaves were torn and the flowers generally had an old looking appearance. Not to mention the colors did not go well together. The picture must be photo shopped. And the balloon color looked like it was more for a man. Not pretty at all. This was certainly not of equal to greater value in my opinion! It was ugly! I was disappointed and disgusted that my mother received such a thing! I will never again order from you!!! Lesson learned. Nancy Rayburn
