The flowers upon delivery were beautiful but the roses are limp and wilted after only two days. I know flowers arrangements are expensive and should last more than two days so I hope you can remedy this issue. These flowers were a birthday gift from my Son and I don't want him to feel bad that the roses only lasted a couple days.

We've not gotten anything from you before but, I do have to say this. No matter how nice the flowers…YOU CANNOT LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE ON THE DAMN PORCH THIS TIME OF YEAR! THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

The flowers looked nothing like the picture that was originally sent to me. They didn't "grow" either they looked awful. Also they were supposed to be delivered by 12 the day of my birthday and when I got home they left a note saying "we missed you and to call back to reschedule" how do you leave that on someone's door who didn't even order the flowers? They were a gift for my birthday and now I get to call and reschedule I've never seen or heard of that before. When i called the next day I didn't get an answer and then someone showed up at my door randomly with them.

When delivered the flowers were only protected from severe cold by plastic, they were cold, very little water in them and severely wilted. Very disappointed!!!

This photo included is interesting because I never even received the floral arrangement my daughters purchased for my milestone birthday. You claimed to have attempted delivery, yet there are no missed calls nor nothing attempted to leave it with a neighbor. The audacity in asking me to leave a review is nothing short of astoundingly asinine. We will make it known to not use your services in the future, sadly.

I appreciate that you provide this method for feedback. My flowers were frozen when I discovered them at my front door at 3pm Saturday 1/13. They had been delivered sometime Friday afternoon 1/12 and unfortunately sat outside in a severe winter storm for over 24 hours. I had left my house at noon on 1/12. The picture is beautiful but not what I experienced.

It was the day of the storm. As the preparer, you should have package them more appropriately. It came with no covering so once delivered, it sat on the porch (top open) nothing protecting the top of the flowers, allowing for all of the snow to be dumped on it. I have pictures. They were a disaster. I don't even know how they were suppose to look but it definitely did not look like the picture above. As a consumer, you have to consider all seasons and be able to adapt with your preparation packaging. It was a total waste of money.

It is not what was ordered. A deluxe arrangement was ordered and this has a total of 6 carnations. Would not recommend this florist.

This arrangement was nothing like I ordered from the online picture for my mother in laws 94th birthday. Total embarrassment. This is not worth $80. I could have picked up the same thing from the grocery store for $25.00. I will never order from here again.

I ordered this through Teleflora online and paid extra for the “deluxe” version. This arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. There are no flowers or apples, cheap looking ribbon and it's supposed to have a thick red candle appropriately sized to the hurricane (not a thin taper sticking out of the top). I understand that sometimes you have to make substitutions on things but this really is not near what I ordered. Teleflora has refunded me on this.

Flowers were very beautiful but they began dying by the second day and by the third day after receiving them, they were all dead, droopy, and wilted. Very very disappointing!!
