Flowers were beautiful!

The flowers were tipped over and the water had spilled out of the vase. Thankfully the flowers did no roll off the porch. I would suggest you put the in a box or between the door and storm door. You could have had delivery guy knock to see if anyone was home to receive them

The flowers are pretty and the sentiment is always so sweet. There were a few flowers that were browning on the edges. It looked odd in a group on which some had not even bloomed. The chosen arrangement of flowers is beautiful. The delivery man was high energy and all smiles!!

I dont think my original note that the delivery should be in the afternoon was received, but the company was very kind in making sure to go back to the house and called me to let me know what was going on. The flowers were also beautifully arranged. Would recommend!

The first delivery (12/19/24) was very damaged and in poor condition. It had to be thrown away in 2 days. The redelivered replacement arrangement (12/30/24) is much nicer and fresher. It still looks nice after 5 days. I appreciate the effort to make things right.

Awesome, beautiful centerpiece. However, the flowers didn't last long even when watered thoroughly.

This arrangement was fine. Flowers were healthy. It's a 4 star traditional arrangement. The white mums were sparse. Very plain looking plastic base stubby stems with no room to re-cut and extend past Christmas season. Only one variety of cedar. Very bland and one-note as far as design but expertly arranged. Delivery person was delightful and courteous and very understanding.

The flowers were left on our porch when we weren't home. When we arrived home in the evening it was 28 degrees. Fortunately the flowers weren't damaged.

The flowers were beautiful great arrangement unfortunately the vase had broke on the bottom and water was thankfully contained inside the packaging
