The arrangement was beautiful, but after 2 days, some of the roses were getting droopy and beginning to smell bad. The water was changed and the additive was used. Will have to see how well it holds up.

The flowers came out beautiful and were delivered on time for my brothers bday, thank you so much! The only bummer was, I did not get the exact ones I ordered - but the vase and the arrangement was still exceptionally great and made up for it!

Great flowers could have been placed in the vase nicer. Looks like they were just thrown in a vase

The flowers are beautiful. Sometimes they are over stuffed that they droop by the end of the day. But since you have a standing order for every month they are beautiful.

Flowers are lovely and very fresh! Chocolate is of somewhat inferior quality - better to give a smaller box of better quality chocolate.

The flowers were beautiful, except for the fact the next day the roses died they never did open up. I don't know if it was from cold, air, shock or what

The delivery person was amazing! He went above and beyond to be sure the flowers were delivered to the correct place. The gerber daisys and the roses have been a constant joy. They have been fresh and vibrant for a few days now. Regretfully many of the lillys were dropping and well past their prime the day after delivery. I cut them out and have enjoyed the ither flowers very much

Some of them were wilted. I think they sat in a cold truck too long. The lilies did open up nicely but the roses died the next day. If the flowers weren't wilted it would've been a beautiful arrangement.

Flowers were fresh and beautiful. This bouquet needed some major rearrangement when delivered but overall, very nice.

The Delivery was awesome polite on time and friendly but I was informed that there was supposed to be a balloon and chocolates with the flowers they were not there

The flowers are beautiful and I love them! But you forgot to add another rose, it's suppose to be 4 and I've only got 3! Other than that they bouquet is beautiful!

The flowers were very beautiful BUT... not one of my flowers had an aroma. That's a first, I never knew flowers could come odorless. That was disappointing.
