There were several issues. Order was left on the floor of the lobby not brought up as promised and expected. Luckily a neighbor saw and brought it up for me before the base tipped over. No one even contacted me to let me know that it arrived (they had my phone). Not enough carnations no link ones as requested in addition to red ones so the bouquet looks very different.I got the original photo of how the bouquet 💐 was supposed to look. Still really enjoying it. 3.8 stars

Beautiful flowers. I just lost my Newfoundland, and my partner sent these. The delivery driver made sure a disheveled me was home to accept so they weren't sitting in the cold for long. It was greatly appreciated.
