This bouquet that I sent to my daughter for her birthday was absolutely beautiful! She said it was gorgeous and that it made her feel very special. The lovely deliveryman called me twice to double check he'd delivered to correct building, and made special trip back to my daughter's address to ensure he had. Wonderful service! Ordering online was easy and even though I ordered late in the day, it was delivered the next morning, as I requested. Definitely recommend!

I ordered this arrangement for our 27th Anniversary. The floral arrangement is ok and while I'm disappointed the color scheme of the arrangement is completely different from what I ordered, I know that substituting flowers is to be expected. But, the vase??? Your website described this order as having a “high-end” vase. The picture in your website shows a beautiful colored glass vase. The photo of what you put together shows a vase that isn't a “high-end” vase at all. It looks like any vase we all have in our cupboards or what we can buy at any thrift store. I'm so disappointed with this order. This was/is a very special occasion for my wife and I and this isn't at all what I expected.
