Sorry, but it is much bigger than I wanted & I wanted mostly pink & purple, not liking the orange & yellow. A bit disappointing, I am thankful for the 90 balloon.

While this is a beautiful arrangement, it is not what I ordered. The pic on the website is what had me choose this one. There was a lot more pink and the ribbon was polka dot. My signature print is polka dot-the whole reason for me choosing the Polka Dot & Posies bouquet. The woman that called me to change delivery dates was very sweet

So there was 4 hours or more during which we certainly would have made changes for you. Also, if any review is 3 stars or less, immediately. the sender is taken to a page with our phone number on it, for this very reason - we never want someone displeased with our flowers or our service. Didn't have the arrangement I ordered, but when I called they corrected it. Also the website shows box of assorted milk chocolates, but the were going to substitute white chocolate in a bod. They switched out to milk chocolates but still in a bag.

We did change the bouquet for you, both times we spoke to you, and I wish you were happy. The bouquet was very beautiful both before and after we changed the colors for you - the value of our picture program, and we sent a new picture of the bouquet exactly as you requested! This was a pretty bouquet but my request wasn't really met. I asked for pink and purple soft colors and this was kind of a mixed assortment of flowers (yellow, blue, red). I would have also assumed more premium flowers would be included as this was a $200 bouquet- I wouldn't have chosen carnations and sunflowers.

I'm a bit disappointed in the fullness of the arrangement in that it is much more sparse than the arrangement advertised. I understand about availability of flowers but the fullness of the arrangement is lacking especially with the “premium” upgrade that I payed for. This arrangement looks like something I could have bought at Safeway. I'm not trying to be disrespectful to you, I'm just disappointed in the final product.

The basket of plants with the African violet and peace lily was beautiful. Very nicely done and as I expected. The pink and white bouquet, I did not see, however the recipient was very pleased. The white bouquet with the blue hydrangea, I was disappointed with. I thought it would be taller, as I specified it would be next to a 8 X 10 photo. The flowers were starting to wilt by Wednesday, (3 days); a few of the roses had brown spots forming on the petals and some of the lilies were FULLY open, in the 3 days. I did like the ribbon with the gold lettering, very nice personal touch.

Preferred the white candle and the white edged holly / I feel like this is not as festive or aesthetically striking as the picture/ I had the same issue last year where strong difference in appearance occurred. Last year I bought silver elegance and there was no silver at all. I mean zero. I understand minor change needs every so often but continual diminishment in a striking piece seems negligent. It just doesn't feel like what I ordered particularly when I added deluxe. It's indeed pretty-not striking - and I selected and paid for striking.

I do need to say when I requested a “girly” arrangement with pink and green I didn't realize that's all that would be delivered. My fault for “assuming” baby's breath would be added and that it would look full, but I didn't ask. It was very basic with no Pizzaz for the price and luckily the girls were at the office as I had requested it be delivered after 2 and it was there much earlier. Still pretty. Just very basic.

Had we gotten the review before delivery yesterday, we could and certainly would have modified it. Maybe I didn't ask enough questions. Lesson learned by me - ask more questions - like "JUST carnations and euc?"

After calling additional white small roses were added but this bouquet is no where near as pretty as the “Basic” shown on line. Disappointing for the price. Also to get grocery store chocolate I could have ordered DoorDash from the grocery for cheaper. I'm sorry I don't normally complain but this is for my new Granddaughters birth and I wanted something special

The delivery being early and the costumer service was great! The 24-hr line was very helpful. The actual arrangement was a little underwhelming compared to the expected picture. Some of the flowers are substituted or missing, which I could assume is because of availability. Overall it looks a little empty compared to the full picture.

I was pretty disappointed at how small it is. And it had some kind of a spot on the leaf also. I was thinking of a bigger bloom for that price. I probably would have gotten a bigger plant and less of the container. I like having the photo, and I talked to a very nice lady when ordering. I don't usually write reviews!!
