I can't tell how many roses are in this picture? I count 6 in this arrangement, I ordered the 9 piece. It looks like a lot of greenery and not enough roses

Where are all the spray roses? Have you added carnations, if so please remove them immediately. I don't like the eucalyptus in this arrangement, please remove. It needs more roses, on the website the roses are arranged over the hydrangea and overall was more full.

There should be one Hydrangea which is white. I see too much green. The roses are not full, perhaps add one or two more roses but they should all be more open/fuller. Where are the dianthuses in this arrangement? Will the lilies be partially open by the time of delivery or its not recommended?

There should be some more white flowers in the middle and the purple and pink flowers are too dark the ones on the site were very light pink and purple. I'm not happy.

This bouquet has not lasted. Very disappointed. Flowers dying. The arrangements usually last at least a week. Flowers started dying after TWO days.

Unfortunately I never got to see my order. It never made it to the Funeral Home (Bell and Clark). I will be contacting Flower Kingdom on Monday morning, July 29, 2024.

I sent you the picture of what I thought I was getting from your website. When you mentioned bumblebee I thought you were speaking about the bee well soon one. The picture you sent looks like something for a child not a 74 year old women. I am very disappointed.

Asked for super artistic? These are architects and interior designers- asked for very colorful and creative. Different container? Something wow Where are the succulents? No card attached. I dictated message. They didn't know who it was from and had to call you. Should be 3 orchids always. For $180? I'm embarrassed.

If I could send you a negative rating I would. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in what my sister in law told me when she received the birthday gift. The plant needed life support. It looked as if you sent a plant that had been previously thrown out. Please rectify this!!

It arrived late. I have never experienced this. The funeral home was doing acknowledgements and this woman was a long time member and I called asking where is the arrangement.

I have tried several times to reach you about the flower delivery. I've been a customer of your establishment for many years an I'm very disappointed in what you delivered to my mother. It's pretty bad when the recipient (my mother) called me up to say some of the flowers are dying already. What can you do to rectify this problem? Please advise. Thanks Anna Marie' Fitzgerald
