I'll never go back to this shop. The flower arrangement was way too overpriced and most staff including the delivery staff weren't pleasant at all. Very disappointed.

Flowers only lasted 2days, very disappointed For 138.00

The bouquet is very disappointing, not as many flowers As on the description, I order from you for many years, this one looked cheap and overall like someone didn't care.

Flower Kingdom sent the wrong color roses. I never ordered Mint green. Not pleased.

Beautiful I love the picture of item. I've had issues with ordering online flowers in the past. Great idea So the picture of flowers is not like picture I ordered but nice but the ones you delivered were so disappointing and were not like the photo you sent. Certainly not worth 150. Dollars

I ordered a floral plant arrangement, and I don't see any flowering plants. Putting some color with decorative butterflies and a ribbon is deceptive. Very dissatisfied!

My cousin loved the assortment & it was delivered in time for her to enjoy at today's memorial service. Five star rating for your shop!!

I am Super Dissapointed in Flower Kingdom. I normally order $200+ arrangements. When I called I was very specific on an arrangement i saw Online and I wanted all red roses. When they sent me the picture to review the order, it has White roses mixed in. I called and the woman told me she is sorry a "seasonal" employee took my order and she would correct it to All red roses. The roses get delivered incorrectly with white mixed in when the woman CONFIRMED she was fixing the error. Once again, if you are spending $200 on an arrangement, they should be done correctly. Super super dissapointed.

Very disappointed in the size of the arrangement for $115. The quality is fine - but certainly not value for money. Spending $200 on this was shocking. I won't be ordering from here again.

Very disappointed with this arrangement considering that I paid over $100 for something that was so very small and barely noticeable! To say that I am disappointed is a huge understatement!! What are you going to do as compensation for this arrangement?

Very disappointed! Where are all of the curly ribbons shown in the picture? And some of the flowers have been switched out to cheaper, smaller ones. Never again!!

My mother Kathleen Tirri received the birthday dozen of yellow roses arrangement from you in 1/10/24 which were beautiful but the bulbs never opened and pedals are falling off from the unopened roses. My mother recut the stems on the 1/13/24 and used the plant food packet that was given to her over the three days. 2 bulbs opened out of 12 and the remaining 10 are dying before they even open. If you need photos I can provide or my mother can bring to your shop to show you firsthand.

I am extremely disturbed. My family owned a flower shop throughout my entire childhood. This looks nothing like the demo picture. The demo had height, many different colors, and a wide variety. I will not purchase from you again. I have taken a picture of the two arrangements side by side.

Needs baby breath. Has no color. Awful workmanship

The yellow roses turned brown and droopy within two days. We asked for replacements.
