I am not happy. I wanted them to be pink and purple - not orange and yellow. Very disappointed. I specifically told the woman who answered the phone and she told me of course.

I don't like the purple flowers. Looks nothing like the arrangement on line

Very disappointed

The flowers were great and what I ordered. Delivery on the other hand was a problem. The driver talked to us about where to deliver, but then just gave them randomly to someone in hopes we would get them. When I called he was extremely rude and placed blame on us when all we did was be where we said we would be. In our store. One of the worst delivery experiences I've had. It will unfortunately make me not order from flower kingdom again.

Although beautiful, they were left on doorstep for 6 hours

Not a good experience w yr flowers! I do this order all the time several times a year in New York and New Jersey. Yr price was way tooo high and u did not create what I asked for ...a small springtime arrangement w a budded rose in the middle w white baby's breath in a glass vase! Balloon, 4pc chocolates $85.00??I usually pay $63.00??? And the phone person has a unpleasant phone attitude ? Need for improvement should be noted ? Wwjd?

I placed a special order 3 weeks ago for STERLING SILVER ROSES. These aren't even close. Your arranging skills are that off bringing the bunch home and plopping them in a vase. The only reason I gave you one star is because the we're delivered promptly on the correct day. Talk about dropping the ball, someone dropped the bouquet and you picked up wrong one to deliver to my friend. A perfect example of, if you want the job done, GO, if not, SEND. UGH!!!!

Honestly the greens look wilted, not very happy with the look overall.

I appreciate the last minute arrangement however I'm disappointed as this is not worth $200

I responded to you earlier that I liked the flowers. HOWEVER, my friend texted me (and included pictures) that after only 2 days the orchids began to drop off. I didn't call you yet because it's Mother's Day weekend and I know how busy you must be. I feel embarrassed that my friend received a defective arrangement.

It looks like the arrangement included only 9 roses. I'm a bit embarrassed to have sent such a mingy arrangement to my friend.

The flowers were beautiful and everyone At the party asked where the flowers came from! I would definitely use Flower Kingdom again!

4. Very disappointing. There was suppose to be ONE Rose and I wanted it accented.

Please check the order/invoice/email description that I requested and paid for, and see that the picture and arrangement that I picked up were no where close to what I ordered and expected when I spoke to Dhiren in the store and showed him the picture of the arrangement that I wanted and emailed to him just to make sure you would make it how I wanted it to look. I wasn't going to say anything, but I look at this mostly gold arrangement every minute and am now ready to let you know, I am very disappointed that you couldn't follow a picture and the description of the flowers wanted on the invoice - “iris, small blue hydrangea similar to her picture she emailed.” If you knew that didn't look like the picture I emailed, or you didn't have those flowers, you should have let me know. Very disappointed!!! Comparable orchids in comparable ceramic vases sell for $15-20 at our Trader Joe's or Costco, $25 at Safeway! You're mark-up to $96 is incredible! We thought there would be 2 or 3 orchids for that price. We wanted to send a gift with 2 or 3 flowering plants plus greenery as shown on your website, but you said you had no blooming plants other than orchids…? In a flower shop? What a rip-off!

Yes I liked getting a picture however, I'm not liking what I see too much. This was for a funeral. I expected to see more lillies(which he should have asked to be spray painted blue) and I believe my husband mentioned royal blue. I'm sorry but I'm disappointed. This looks like an everyday arrangement not anything special
