They were supposed to be all purple and pink and not in a case. I ordered 24.

It is too dark Not springlike I asked for a nice vase!!! Disappointed to say the least

The order was delivered inside a blue trash bag. Not the way a balloon bouquet is supposed be delivered. I do not know where this photo was taken.

I loved the flowers!

I was very disappointed with the orchard.

Flowers were nothing like photos, no color at all, and there was no card to tell my wife who they came from!!! Very disappointed.

I don't love it for $200-is it too late to change some of the flowers out?

No artificial plant or flower will look realistic without wire in the stem allowing it to be shaped.

This doesn't look like the first picture. The one I liked had brighter more vibrant flowers

The Flowers I received did not look like the flowers in the email you sent me. The flowers I received were all opened and two of them were dead the next day ( drooping heads ). Someone took off the the protectors. I think they were never on. $ 174 plus for old stock. What a disappointment. As good as the first order I received these were terrible. I want them replaced or a credit given me. If not I will never use Flower Kingdom again ! What a ripoff! Discussed Tony De Pietro

This is not the color you sent! I asked and paid for pink and got red. My wife does not like red roses.

No upgraded red or rose vase as promised.

Unfortunately this is not what I expected. Ordered a table arrangement and this is way too tall. Can't see over it. Also not as well done as others we have ordered. Looks ordinary.not as sophisticated as your usual arrangements. Sorry

Candidly, we are disappointed for an expenditure of $200 for orchids one can buy at Whole Foods for 20 to 25 dollars. The arrangement does not group the blossoms in one plain, it is an awkward arrangement. If I had seen it before you delivered it, I would have asked you to get the blossoms in one plain. Not sure why you did not use orange roses as the picture and description state for this model? No one said you would have to substitute...Arrangement doesn't look very full like the pic either. First time customer and felt I should be honest. POP OF COLOR Beautiful and bright, this is a bona fide a pop of color. Brilliant blossoms are perfectly arranged in a clear glass cube vase. Oranges and greens brighten the day with blooms like hydrangea, roses, hypericum and exotic greens arranged in a clear cube by our talented team

Flowers was dead

Very disappointed. Boring arrangement, not creative, paid the highest price for this arrangement and the value wasn't there. First & last time I will order from you. The photo is a great idea, but the product was lacking.

Like getting the photo I was in the store and PPpersonally selected THREE orchid PLANTS for the arrangement. This photo appears to be only ONE plant with THREE stems. Hard to tell definitely from the photo. I will know more when the arrangement arrives for my Aunt's 93rd birthday. Thank you!! Susan
