This is not as pretty as the picture on your website. It looks like a lot of stem and filler (looks like weeds) with very few open blooms. I was hoping for something more like the picture. I am disappointed for the price.

Hi I ordered the glorious gratitude orchid, not the Bamboo Elegance orchid. I was told the primary difference was the planter it was planted in and I told the person I spoke with on the phone that I wanted to glass planter & the way the photo showed it etc. The white contained this was planted in does not look very nice and dents even look like the Bamboo elegance orchid. This is very very disappointing as this was specifically discussed. please credit me for the difference between the 2 orchids. Thank you, Candace

The on line picture has more roses in the standard configuration. Please add roses to make it look like the on line picture.

I do like getting a picture, but my request for sunflowers, seasonal mums, and greenery was largely ignored. And the tulip is hardly in keeping with the season. I did get a call about it, but I didn't expect tulips. Delightful phone agent.

Hello Lilly, Is this the black box you spoke ! ? Orchid is lovely,thank you, though I most disappointed that the filler is yellowish as it completely distracts from the orchid. Green have been prettier and far more compatible with the orchid. it has not been sent, I would be most grateful for the yellow to be replaced with green moss. With kindness, anna

Hi. I expected more large white roses in the arrangement. Our agreement was primarily large white roses wirh a few spray and hydrangeas. Please adjust

Fans too much like funeral flowers. Not edgy like the picture with the cut greenery.

The size is much smaller than I expected.

As stated last week, there is way too much green filler in these arrangements. It's suffocating the flowers and last weeks flowers died after just two days. Please don't put so much filler in vases. Next week please make a short vase arrangement.

Bouquet looks bigger than I wanted in this picture. We'll see! I hope this bouquet doesn't drip on my Satin dress.

Don't love that Daisy looking flower in the center, it's not a country bouquet. I'm surprised at your choice. I asked for white roses, hydrangeas, snap dragons. And Dendrobium and you decide to add a Daisy??

It looks taller and spread out more than expected. A bit funereal for a thinking of you arrangement. Not trying to be critical, just not what I expected. I often send flowers in Miami from a florist there and a $50.00 arrangement looks nicer. I do like getting a photo. I will try you again.

Issues with the delivery and the flowers being on a stand versus a spray. The office staff corrected it within minutes of the service, but had two hours to get the item to the cemetery.
