I thought the 7 sunflowers would be bigger.

The flowers are very pretty. Seem to be fading quickly. Perhaps they need the flower food to make them last longer.

For $200 I'd have expected a more robust arrangement in all honesty. I've had more impressive arrangements from another local florist at $149. I do appreciate the opportunity to view my purchase none the less. Thank you.

We ordered Grace and Majesty which is white Lilies and purple roses. This arrangement looks more like the Precious Petals Bouquet which is orange and pink flowers.

Unless some of the flowers are going to open up, there are much less purple and ?pink? flowers visible in this arrangement, than in the picture on your website, AND what I had purchased in the past. The first time, that I chose this "Portrait in Purple Bouquet" for someone else, there were more purple blossoms in I, which made it a striking arrangement, when I saw it in person in their home.

Flowers did not look fresh

It's okay I have gotten better flower arrangements done for Mother's Day at the price paid. Thank you for the sending me a photo.

The peony in the front looks tired/old

The arrangement was beautiful, but we had a few comments that it looked like a fall arrangement and not a spring arrangement.

Nice arrangement but was looking for one that would be placed on a round table and viewed from all angles, not just from one side

I was hoping for a deeper orange with an orangish vase as in your photo , not a fan of the pink and pastels. Disappointed.

Hello. I think it's a great idea to send a photo of the flower arrangement, especially when you are unable to attend the service, like us (recent surgery). That being said, to be honest, I am a little disappointed with the arrangement as it looks to be nowhere as “full” as the arrangement that I viewed online. The one online I can see at least 10 white roses. Not seeing that in the arrangement of the photo you sent. The greenery on one side also looks a little droopy, so hoping it perked up a little by the time it arrived at the service. Both the deceased and his partner owned a florist shop for over 40 years, so was hoping for a good quality arrangement. The arrangement may have looked better than the photo you sent as I know sometimes photos can be deceiving, but I just wanted to provide you with my honest opinion. Everything else I was very pleased with. I appreciated the communication from confirmation of the order, to the photo and confirmation that the arrangement was delivered in a timely manner. I think it's ok… maybe missing a pop of something.

The person taking the order as always very helpful. The delivery was completed as always very professional. I Like the follow up with the picture. We have been using you for years now. To be honest I thought the roses could have been arranged better. I like the green and the baby breath, but the roses could have been arranged better. seems to be that the center is lacking.

Looks nice but I wish it had more white flowers in it like the photo showed. If there not sent yet maybe that can be done?

It' was suppose to be for a man! And more wild flowers.. Very spring looking!

Don't love the color combinations of pale blue with orange and pinks. I have received several other bouquets in the past. They were all prettier than this one

Are you able to put all of these in one vase?

The tulip arrangement sent was satisfactory but wasn't as lush as the picture showed on your website. I understand that a florist may not be able to duplicate exactly but the lushness should be comparable. That being said I called the florist and spoke to someone and they said, “What can we do to make this better?” I think that is excellent customer service. I'll definitely be using this florist again.

I said NO purple and there are multiple purple flowers. We discussed using pink, white, yellow & blue. I see NO blue. Also NO peonies and I asked for peonies. They are beautiful flowers but NOT what I asked for.

That big blue and white flower on the bottom looks out of place . But everything else is nice

Display looks similar of what was ordered. Why isn't the lilies bloomed?

For a premium price and bouquet, I was expecting more?! From the picture it does not look very big. Thank you for sending picture.
