She love the flowers.. The part that get her pissed off mad and so do I Is your driver that put the flowers rite outside the door and left without giving her a chance to even properly receive them..so wrong

Job well done!! Had a little misunderstanding, but it was rectified immediately.. no problem. Flowers were crisp and fresh!! Taylor was very patient and courteous. In addition, the idea of being sent an actual picture of the arrangement to be delivered, is an awesome idea!! Kudos!

Although it is very pretty bouquet, it was not what I envisioned. I envisioned something much more simple. Kind of a less is more idea. I'm not crazy about the orange flowers in it. I realize the difficulty in trying to create something that I envision without me being there. Thank you.

We asked for a larger version of a standard bouquet and they were very responsive and did a beautiful job. This photo isn't even as good ans the one my friend who received the flowers shared anith me. Also, extremely fast. Within two hours of ordering it was delivered.

Admittedly, it's been a long time since I ordered flowers. That being said, for that amount. I would've expected the roses not to be quite as open as they were slightly disappointed. We'll see how long they last? They should last at least a week without bending and wilting!

Gave a 4 star instead of usual 5 only because I specifically asked for none of the strong smelling Lillie's in my mother's birthday arrangement as I usually do. I had thought this was noted. Other than that, the arrangement was beautiful.
