Your flowers are always beautiful....BUT your balloons need work. I didn't pay $100+ for balloons that were near the floor 4 hours after arriving. Beyond disappointed. Wow!

You ordered 2 sets of balloons @ $39.99 each. Each set has 6 latex and 2 Mylar balloons. The latex balloons only float for about 5 to 7 hours at the most. and we clearly point that out on the website when you placed the order.

I asked for a dozen lavender roses not pink. Wld have preferred yellow then instead of pink.

This are lavender roses and not pink. The picture quality might make them look like pink but they are definitely lavender.
