This looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered online. This is pathetic! I will be calling and complaining. I asked them to send me a photograph yesterday so that I could approve it before the funeral and they refused.

Not Happy at all.I looked at the picture but had to wait till my freind got them. I would like my money back on the card thank you.

My wife has not received the right flowers for our anniversary today. She was delivered the wrong ones.

I apologize that flower arrangement is hideous. Do not send those flowers. They are not what I ordered. Get a hold of me ASAP.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude. But this was really expensive and looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered.

I'm highly disappointed with my experience with Flower Patch this time. You guys are usually my go to, but not anymore. I ordered for a colleage who lost her neice to suicide. When I recieved the delivered email I reached out to make sure she got them ... she didn't. When I called in I was told they were delivered to the wrong north/south. I had also asked them to be hand delivered to her which obviously didn't happen. Then I was told by Holly they couldn't get another shipment out until the next morning but it would go out first thing Saturday 8-11 AM. By 11:30 AM I still recieved nothing so I called and it wasn't placed as priority like promised. WHAT A JOKE! I shouldn't have to babysit flowers. What happened to good caring customer service? 0/10!!! I'll let all my friends and family know for flowers ... Flower Patch isn't the move.

Still Not a representation of what's on the website. Better than the last one, at least the roses are not open. Placement of arrangement not very pretty. I'm ordering these for my son's fiancé. My son is actively deployed with the United States Army and I am sad I cannot fulfill his request proudly.

The roses are already half bloomed. Lilly looks old. Expected better for the price payed.

I paid over 200 for this arrangement and it looks horrible! I'm so upset!!!!! This isn't a full looking arrangement! It looks awful! On top of that...it was supposed to be delivered today, not yesterday! I'd give y'all NO STARS if I could.

If you can add one white hydrangea I would love that. If not it's still beautiful
